I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Kaban. He was such an asset to the purchase of my property that I don’t think I could have done it without him and I don’t think the sale would have happened. Not only did Mike provide exceptional service and knowledge by being available any time of the day to answer questions but he also went above and beyond in so many other ways by picking me up and dropping me off at the ferry to providing me with local contractors. He even lent me a moving truck for free to help with my move and helped me move the van with his wife late one night when I arrived. Mike’s dedication to his clients, and attention to details and kindness is exceptional and it makes him stand out in the real estate industry. Even months after the sale, he is helping with his guidance, his knowledge and advice. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike to anyone in need of an outstanding professional real estate agent.

- Kelly, Pound

I met Mike at a turning point in my life where I really needed to sell. Mike suggested not to just list it as is, he guided me where effort and funds should be spent and even spent many hours, multiple times with tools and knowledge to actually maximize the house value. It really worked, we got far more for the house because of it and all for no extra fee. On top of that, when the buyers dates went way later than ideal, he worked some rental arrangements with their agent so we actually covered some costs while we were waiting. Truly thank you Mike.

- Kevin, Goddard St

I recently had the pleasure of working with real estate agent Mike Kaban, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did Mike provide invaluable assistance in selling my property, but he also went above and beyond in many ways, such as helping me finish the roof on my old property and even lending me a truck for free during the moving process. To top it all off, Mike even surprised me with a Christmas turkey once I was settled into my new place! Mike’s dedication to his clients, attention to detail, and kind-hearted nature make him a standout professional in the real estate industry. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of an outstanding real estate experience.”

- Robert Fournier, Drake St

We recently worked with Mike to sell our home in Powell River, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his support and dedication throughout the process. He was always available to answer our questions and kept us fully informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—staying in close contact not only with us but also with our other realtor in a different city, where we were simultaneously purchasing a new property. It was a complex situation with a lot of moving parts, and Mike handled it with professionalism and ease. He even provided additional advertising, knowing we were on a tight timeline to sell and relocate. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and truly committed realtor.

- Tara and Ryan, Gabriola Crescent

I would like to thank Mike Kaban for his helpfulness and professionalism during the sale of my family estate home. The work Mike and his team did on the photos and online walkthrough of the home was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even attending meetings with the lawyer to ensure everything went smoothly. Mike was always responsive, answering my calls and texts promptly at any time of day, even during his holidays. His dedication and commitment are the reasons I consider him to be the best realtor.

- Thalia McDonnell, Texada Island

We were so lucky to have found Mike! He made the process of buying our first home an absolute pleasure. Mike really puts 110% into every task, he responded to our questions and concerns at any time of the day or night, gave straightforward and helpful advice, and even carried some furniture on move-in day and helped us with a Very uncomfortable rental situation. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

- Emma and Odin, Clairidge Rd

Five years ago we met Mike and Kyrie when they became our landlords. Many changes and years later we’re standing in front of our first home, and Mike was there through every step, every call, and answered every question we had. If you’re looking to buy/sell, we couldn’t recommend Mike enough!

-Damien and Mckayla Trottier, Palmer Rd

MikeI just want to thank you for the sale of my home. But more than that, it is really important that you know how much you have helped me. Your professionalism, honesty and willingness to help were the best I have ever seen. You sold the property in two days, wow! That is very rare. I was so grateful and happy that you went above and beyond in everything you did plus cleaning my carpets. I will refer you as the best realtor in Powell River. The fact that you would stop by with a smile and what can I do to help took a lot of pressure off of me. I am sending you a big hug and a thank you for being my realtor in Powell River.

- Marielle Kirzinger

Mike took the time to ensure the house ‘Felt like home to me’. In addition, Mike came by my place in Burnaby and loaded up his free moving truck for Powell River. A couple weeks later he even helped me on my washer and a light fixture! I can’t say enough about how Mike goes above and beyond to make everything right for his clients just for choosing him as an agent!

- Mark Devito, Joyce Ave

Mike is a great realtor! He is available whenever you need him. Believe me, we asked countless questions and his patience is endless. The extras that come with having Mike as your realtor include his wealth of knowledge about construction, pickup/drop off service if you don’t want to drive yourself to showings and even the free use of his moving truck when your big day comes. Oh yeah, and a Christmas turkey even found its way to our new porch! We highly recommend Mike Kaban! Thanks for everything, Mike!

- T & D, Claridge Rd

Mike is accommodating, efficient, attentive, and genuinely invested in finding exactly what his clients are looking for. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale and purchase process. From the very beginning through closing and beyond, Mike was consistently available, supportive, and proactive. The use of his moving truck is an added bonus and a perfect example of his commitment to clients beyond simply earning a commission. He is truly relationship focused and one of a kind. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone buying or selling.

- Maggie, Quebec Ave
