BEST FAÇADE FORWARD! After 93 years, our theatre deserved an updated exterior! New, custom terracotta tiles and exterior lighting were installed over the winter of 2020/2021 and we think the results are beautiful! This project was made possible by PPAC restoration fees and grants from the Champlin Foundation and the Rhode Island Historical Preservation and Heritage Commission. The project team included: Brunca Waterproofing Corp. (pre-construction services), Newport Collaborative Architects, Wessling Architects, C.A. Pretzer Associates, Inc. (Structural Engineers), the work was performed by Consigli Construction and lighting is by Evelyn Audet Lighting Design, LLC.
