JUMPSTART RETREATS & SPIRITUAL EMPHASIS WEEK High School students meet at the start each year to digest some great Bible teaching, and work through the day-to-day aspects of following Jesus in the new school year. Our retreats are tailored to each grade level, and will kick-start our year with class bonding and spiritual renewal. During spiritual emphasis week, students are challenged to make God their most vital source of their life. WHERE CREATIVITY IS ENCOURAGED Providence provides a comprehensive fine arts curriculum and offers students dynamic instruction in fine and performing arts. Students begin their artistic journey in Lower School in lower school music, art, and design labs that inspires their creativity. In Middle School, students continue to make discoveries and deepen their studies of the arts by displaying their work at Providence and performing in dance, band, and musical theatre. In High School, 9th-12th grade students experience high-caliber programs with advanced classes and competitions in a variety of visual and performing arts media.
FOR THE LOVE OF THE DANCE Providence Dance Company desires to give Jesus Christ the highest praise with their talents and exalt His name through dance. The dance program is designed to expose students in grades K-12 to a variety of dance forms, teach proper skills, and instill an appreciation for performance and choreography aesthetics. Through the study of classical ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, modern, and other dance genres, the students will learn correct body alignment, strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique. Performances and competitions are held throughout the year with Providence dance companies placing in the top level annually.

MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE The Providence Chorale has been exclusively invited to perform at the Biltmore’s Christmas Show for the past several years. They also performed in Carnegie Hall with world renowned British composer and conductor John Rutter. His music has been featured in royal occasions, including the 2 most recent royal weddings and King Charles’ Coronation.
Artwork from students who’ve won competitions have been displayed in Washington, D.C., the Jacksonville Airport, and local military bases. Lucrative scholarships have been earned to SCAD, Virginia Commonwealth, Samford and other prestigious art programs at colleges and universities.

PLAY SKILLFULLY Providence Band earned an MPA SUPERIOR at the Florida Bandmasters Association Concert and the Wind Ensemble earned another Concert MPA SUPERIOR this year. The band program continues to grow each year with many opportunities for students to explore their God-given talents.
STALLION LIFE LIFELONG MEMORIES ARE MADE HERE Life as a Stallion is exciting! We want our students to get the most out of their school experience and there are so many ways to do it. Providence offers many clubs and organizations to serve in, a championship athletic program, an array of award-winning fine arts programs, and a newly renovated STEM lab. In addition, we provide academic resources to help students succeed in school and college. From the day they step on campus, the Stallion experience creates opportunities that last a lifetime.
ONE EPIC BATTLE Every year during Homecoming Week, the Juniors take on the Seniors in a week of competition, including a Men’s Volleyball game and the Annual Powderpuff Football Game.
4TH GRADE WAX MUSEUM Each year, the fourth graders participate in an Interactive Wax Museum project. The project culminates when the students dress up as thier characters and their character comes to life when their button is pressed.
