Friday night football games under the lights, with our students, parents, and supporters cheering on our athletes brings so much excitement and pride to the Stallion community. Our coaches and players are continuing to push themselves, and have put in work throughout the off-season to make our Stallions strong. Providence is proud of how our fans support our athletes.
There is no greater community than Providence. We thank our sponsors, volunteers, parents, coaches, and players for tirelessly working towards a great football season. Your support is crucial to our success and without you, the level of excellence we continue to produce would not be possible.
This year our student athletes and coaches are “ALL IN” as we play the great game of football together as one community in the body of Christ. Thank you and GO STALLIONS!!!

Over the years Coach Moe lent his coaching expertise to the Providence football program as an assistant coach from 2013-2017 and once again brings his knowledge and passion for football and his love of the Lord to Providence School. Coach Williams began his outstanding football career at Pershing High School in Detroit, where he was USA Today All American, Parade All American, and the number one recruit in the state, according to the Detroit Free Press. He decided to attend The University of Michigan in 1997. He was a part of three Big Ten championship teams, including a national championship in 1997. During his senior year, Coach Williams became a starter for the Michigan Wolverines and earned All-Big Ten Conference, Honorable Mention.
In 2001, Maurice Williams was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second round of the
2001 NFL Draft. He retired in 2009 after starting over 100 games for the Jacksonville Jaguars. After retiring from the NFL, Coach Williams continues his involvement with the Jacksonville Jaguars by serving as their Chaplain, allowing him to share the love of Christ with the players, coaches, and families.
Coach Williams and his wife, Reulonda, have been married 20 years, and they have four sons Mason, Myles, Maxx, and Roman. The Williams Family are active members at Celebration Church, where Coach Williams serves as a licensed pastor.
We’ll see you on the field under the FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS! GO STALLIONS!
