All order quantities stated are minimums. 30 units is the most that can be returned, one collection can only return a maximum of 20 units.

NO RISK OPPORTUNITY TO MAXIMISE SALES THIS SUMMER • Please review the offer sheet to see minimum order requirements and additional discount opportunities for each offer.

• New collections in store must stock a minimum of 10 units per collection.

• Maximum of 30 units can be returned from the promotional order * (including replenishment orders).

• Replenishment orders receive extended payment terms until end of promotion period • Promotional orders are to be paid for at the end of March 2015.

• Additional special payment options (SPP) available. Please discuss with your account manager.

• Any promotional stock being returned must be received by the 15th of February.

Please refer to the return sheet for the correct way to send stock back. No RA’s are required.

• It is the accounts responsibility to send the stock back to Sunshades. This will be at the accounts cost. Sunshades have a collection service available.

• Sunshades will process all credits by the end of February 2015 provided stock is returned by the due date.

• Sunshades focus is about helping the account maximising sales over the busy summer months therefore if you are returning stock please ensure it is received by the 15th of February.

Stock returned after the due date will not be accepted.

• The account is unable to take up adjustment until credit has been applied by Sunshades • Participation in the promotion for new accounts is subject to approval by the Sunshades accounts department.

• Promotional stock includes only the units that are on the opening and replenishment orders.

• Please let account manager know if you do not want any backorders. Backorders will receive terms until the end of the promotional period and will be available for return.
