PURCHASES REPORTS - PROACCOUNTS (EFFECTIVE OCT 2023) 1. PURCHASES REPORTS In recent months, we have been working on developing Purchases Reports within ProAccounts to provide Practices with the ability to gain a greater insight into their Purchases with ProVision Preferred Suppliers.

We have developed two Purchases reports within ProAccounts (that are powered by BI): -

Purchases by Category Report

Purchases by Supplier Report

We are excited to announce that both of these reports are now live.

Please note that the data contained in this report is based on GST Ex values and on transaction date from the Supplier.

PURCHASES REPORTS - PROACCOUNTS (EFFECTIVE OCT 2023) PURCHASES BY CATEGORY REPORT – REPORT FILTERS 1. Default report (when you first click on the report) – the report displays Purchases data for the entire data range / all product categories / and all Suppliers 2. This report allows you to add filters to customise the report for your own needs as follows: A) Date Range Filter i) Invoice Date (you can select date range for the period you wish to display Purchases data for)

B) Prod Category Filter i) If no tiles are selected below, data will be displayed for all product categories

To apply filter, click on the tiles you want to display data for (e.g. the below example would return data for product categories Contact and Lenses

PURCHASES REPORTS - PROACCOUNTS (EFFECTIVE OCT 2023)

LOOKING FORWARD We are working on integrating the monthly retail sales data into ProAccounts, so that when you are logged into ProAccounts via your normal ProAccounts login, users will be able to view this information.

We will be able to lock this down, so we can assign which users within your Practice have access rights to view this information as advised by you.

We should have this up and running in the coming months.

We will communicate with you as we get closer to launch date for this upgrade.
