Run makes for family fun MORE than 1000 entrants participated in the Wangaratta Chronicle Marathon and Fun Run at the Wangaratta Showgrounds yesterday. A MARKED rise i iin theft th ft and burglary offences has seen Wangaratta’s criminal offence rate remain above the state average for the 10th consecutive year. According to recent data released by Crime Statistics Victoria (CSV), criminal offences throughout the rural city rose by 4.7 per cent last
