Hoons remanded TWO men accused of driving erratically and doing burnouts through the centre of Apex Park have been charged and remanded in police custody. A 57-year-old with ties to Wangaratta was arrested by police on Thursday evening, after he allegedly drifted a Nissan Navara through the busy park, driving along the bike path underneath the Parfitt Road bridge before hitting and dragging a bicycle belonging to a teenager
who allegedly filmed the scene. Footage of the co-accused drifting and ultimately rolling the vehicle onto its side emerged on social media early on Friday morning, with the man allegedly suffering injuries and undergoing treatment at Northeast Health Wangaratta into Friday afternoon.
