Hoons remanded TWO men accused of driving erratically and doing burnouts through the centre of Apex Park have been charged and remanded in police custody. A 57-year-old with ties to Wangaratta was arrested by police on Thursday evening, after he allegedly drifted a Nissan Navara through the busy park, driving along the bike path underneath the Parfitt Road bridge before hitting and dragging a bicycle belonging to a teenager

who allegedly filmed the scene.
