Parking squeeze Council review on limits near school amid availability concerns around Appin Street PARKING arrangements outside Wangaratta District Specialist School will be reviewed by council over coming weeks, after concerns raised by parents including carers being fined while dropping off or picking up their children at the Appin Street campus. Rural City of Wangaratta director community and infrastructure, Marcus Goonan, said all stakeholders in the area, including residents and schools, would need to be consulted as part of the review.
