CELEBRATION of a 33-year-old Australian music institution will be the focus of this weekend, as the Wangaratta Festival of Jazz and Blues bows out with its ‘Last Hurrah’. Festival chair Dave Fuller said tonight’s gala dinner would seek to pay tribute to those who had established and developed what became a key item on the nation’s jazz music scene and the rural city’s annual events calendar from its inception in 1990. ■ Continued page 2
