FOR Wandiligong based artist and ultra marathon participant Mat Vaughan, his love of art and being in the great outdoors is inextricably linked.

He has been attracted to artistic pursuits for as long as he can remember, although he went into a career in electronics after school having being convinced by teachers that he may not make a living in art.

Mat never gave up on his art, though, and encouraged by partner Nicki Letts, he did a part time art course for five years at RMIT, followed by a four year full time course at the Victorian College of the Arts.

“The more I did it, and the more I surrounded myself with people from the art industry..I just enjoyed it more and more,” he said.

After meeting Nicki - herself a writer - about 10 years ago - actively hiking and walking has been an increasingly large part of their lives, to the point where they have done several challenging ultra marathon (longer than 42km) events, including in the French Pyrenees and even Nepal.

“The runs got longer and longer,” Mat said.

The Roller Coaster Banksia SIR Joseph Banks [from whom this species’ name is derived] collected the first specimen of Banksia integrifolia.

It was one of four banksias he collected at Botany Bay in 1770.

Banks collected his type specimen from the hinterland.

It is thus described as upright in form.

His description did not include a natural variation of this species – the prostrate coastal form.

Adaptation to environmental conditions over time can lead to the evolution of different forms of the same species.

Those which are best suited to survive particular conditions will outperform inferior plants, and their progeny will, over generations, become dominant.

B. integrifolia is widely distributed on the east coastal region of Australia.

It is typically a tall shrub within the forest environment.

A low, ground-hugging form grows on coastal cliffs, where it is exposed to wind and storms.

In 1973 Austraflora Nurseries in Melbourne grew B. integrifolia plants from seed sourced from this coastal population.

Their selection, “Roller Coaster”, was subsequently named and has since been propagated commercially.

B. integrifolia “Roller Coaster” has arching, prostrate branches.

The cultivar name is apt.

The central stem is low, and arising from this, the arching branches radiate.

The typical banksia-form flower spikes are lemon-yellow and are borne from autumn to spring.

They attract nectar-feeding birds including honeyeaters and spinebills.

Leaves are dark green and entire, with silver under-sides. New growth is bronze, and contrasts well with the mature foliage.

Unlike most Banksia species, the woody seed cones release seed when mature.

Plants thrive in a wide range of soils, surviving dryness, cold, heat, and exposed conditions.

Full sun is preferred.

If left unpruned, mature plants may reach five metre diameter, and mound upon themselves to about 1m in height.

Plants can be hard-pruned to maintain shape, size and bushiness.

The cascading form makes this ideal for growing over walls, embankments, or as a ground cover.

“Roller Coaster” makes a great feature plant for the garden or gracefully arching and spilling over a tall pot.

in the mucosa, or it can be extremely difficult involving thoracotomies and major surgery, often involving a specialist hospital.

Sometimes the object can erode the wall of the oesophagus which can lead to an infection in the chest cavity.

If the wall is damaged from the foreign object, a stricture can form during healing, which can make ongoing issues with digestion likely.

The complication rate for oesophageal foreign bodies is between 33-57 per cent.

The most common complications are stricture formation, oesophagitis, aspiration pneumonia, oesophageal diverticulae and death.

The fatality rate is around five per cent.

As you can see oesophageal foreign bodies are thankfully, not common, but they do occur and can be very difficult to treat and potentially be fatal.

It is imperative if you are giving your dogs bones or treats to make sure they chew them properly, instead of swallowing them whole.

If you suspect your dog may have something stuck, then the sooner the object is removed the better the outcome is likely to be.

FOREIGN objects getting stuck in an animal’s oesophagus is something every vet will have to deal with, possibly several times in their careers.

So, they are not common, but they are certainly not rare.

They mostly occur in dogs, but cats are not immune.

The most common breed to get something stuck in their oesophagus is the West Highland White Terrier.

The most common objects to get stuck are bones and fishhooks.

Dental chews are also implicated in a few cases.

The clinical signs of a dog with an oesophageal obstruction is a combination of difficulty eating or anorexia, increased salivation, gagging, retching or regurgitation.

Sometimes dogs may have issues breathing if the foreign body is impacting the lungs and chest cavity.

Oesophageal foreign bodies occur at certain points of narrowing along the oesophagus.

There are four main locations they occur – the cranial oesophageal sphincter, the thoracic inlet, above the heart base and at the caudal oesophageal sphincter.

Diagnosis is usually achieved by radiography and sometimes contrast studies need to be performed.

Most often surgery is needed to remove the object.

This can be very simple if it can be reached easily and is not caught

Leaves have hung on longer than normal, plants are enjoying an extended season of flowering and the passionfruit vine is still producing fruit which daytime temperatures aren’t going to ripen.

This Day in History, 1870 THE bushranger Harry Power was brought into Wangaratta under arrest.

Power had been caught a few hours earlier at his mountain hideaway in the upper reaches of the King River.

Mat said local events are the ones he and Nicki have enjoyed the most, including the Wandi Cross, which takes place this Queenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Birthday weekend, and the Oscars 100 Hut2Hut. He said both Nicki and himself can be found regularly running and hiking in the rugged alpine country near their Wandiligong home.

Mat said for him, being in a natural environment that can offer unforeseen hazards or where conditions can change in an instant keeps him focused and in the moment, and keeping active in this way helps stimulate his creative pursuits. â&#x20AC;&#x153;You put on your running shoes and youâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re off,â&#x20AC;? he said. â&#x20AC;&#x153;I love to bumble along and

see where the landscape takes you. â&#x20AC;&#x153;Thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a bit of a history of artists and writers as walkers and adventurers. â&#x20AC;&#x153;In the mountains, you have to be switched on. â&#x20AC;&#x153;Youâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re very, very present. â&#x20AC;&#x153;Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s like hitting a big reset button.â&#x20AC;?

Mat said he approached his paintings by looking at photographs he had taken previously of his subject matter, and analysing each one to see their similarities in how he sees the world for example, for his works based on his trip to the Pyrenees, horizons and the way light interacted with them was a common theme.

Big start to snow season SNOW PLAY THE cold weather of recent weeks is leading to one of the most promising starts to the snow season in the North East for almost 20 years.

Both Mt Hotham and Falls Creek have already had excellent snow falls, and staff at both resorts say that with more snow forecast this week, this weekend will be one of the most promising starts to a snow season since the excellent season experienced in 2000.

Falls Creek marketing officer Nathan Fenton said opening on snow coverage of 6070cm is a possibility, and if so the resort will be ski-in, ski-out from opening weekend for

the ďŹ rst time in many years.

Meanwhile, Mt Buller received such promising early snow cover that the resort opened to the public a week early, including rolling out their new Bourke Street Express six-seater lift.

There will be plenty of fun at Falls Creek for the opening of the ski season from Saturday, including fun opening parties and ďŹ reworks in the Village Bowl on Saturday night.

At Mt Hotham, opening weekend festivities kick off on Friday and will be packed with activities, including ďŹ rst tracks, ďŹ reworks, live music, and much more.

Kicking off on Saturday, Mt Bullerâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s opening weekend entertainment includes ďŹ reworks, Jazmin Varlet on the Village Stage, childrenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s entertainers, balloon twisting, hot

chocolate, a Blessing of the Snow, and more.

Mt Buffalo will be open on Queenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Birthday weekend, with snow play, tobogganing and cross country skiing available depending on snow cov-

Plenty of fishing in winter WINTER is here and it’s already been colder than a brass dunny seat on the shady side of an iceberg.

For this reason I am going into hibernation after today’s weekly fishing column over winter and I will return in time for trout opening weekend at the start of September.

Between now and September though: Crayfishing season is underway. The Murray crayfish have already been biting well and will continue to do so all winter. Make sure you are up to date with the current crayfishing rules and regulations.

Murray cod fishing will be slow, but should tick over all winter in Lake Mulwala and the Murray River. Don’t expect to catch big numbers of small fish. Winter is all about small numbers of big fishing. Use huge lures, practice the 3 P’s and you might just catch that fish of a life time - Patience, Persistence and Perseverance.

Redfin fishing will be slow. It is hard to imagine exciting redfin fishing over the winter months, although my dad and his friend did manage to catch two lovely redfin at Lake Buffalo last Friday. They were the only two they caught.

Trout fishing will be excellent in places. Remember the trout

streams close at midnight on the Monday of the Queen’s Birthday long weekend, and remain closed until the first Saturday in September.

Once the season closes for the streams, anglers can still fish the lakes. Lake William Hovell can be a wonderful trout fishery during the winter months. Most of the trout are not very big but there are a few in there, and it was stocked last winter with quite a few as well.

Lake Dartmouth is the region’s premier trout fishery during the winter months with quite a few trout including some that are up around the three pound mark.

In both lakes try trolling winged lures such as Tassie Devils at sunrise and sunset.

During the last week leading up to the winter school holidays, many of the region’s family friendly waterways will be stocked with yearling rainbow trout once again.

Merriwa Park pond in Wangaratta, Stanley Dam, Lake Sambell and Allan’s Flat waterhole are just a few of the many smaller waterways that will come to life with school kids eager to wet a line during the winter school holidays.

Can smartphones affect your sleep?

SMARTPHONES make it easier than ever to be connected to the Internet at every waking moment.

While that might make you feel like you’re always on top of things, that 24/7 connection to technology is actually unhealthy when you’re trying to fall asleep.

The problem starts with the fact that 71 percent of people sleep either holding their smartphone, having it in bed with them, or having it on their nightstand.

So many people use their smartphones as their alarm clocks, it makes sense that many would want their phones within an arm’s reach.

But when your phone is that close to you, the temptation to check social media sites, work email, or the news headlines is often too strong to resist - even if it’s midnight.

As a result, you might feel energised from interacting with others or stressed out by something that you read when you should actually be relaxing.

That partly explains why people who consume electronic media in bed are at higher risk for insomnia.

That’s not the only reason, though.

Smartphones - like laptops, tablets, and televisions - emit something called blue light.

Blue light is the shortest and brightest wavelength.

This mean that blue light is able to intensely pierce human retinas’ photoreceptors.

So, when the human brain senses blue light from a smartphone, it “sees” it as sunlight, and then “thinks” it’s daytime.

Scientists had 13 people use tablets two hours before bed.

One group of people wore orange goggles, which can filter blue light.

Another group wore blue-light goggles (this was the control), and the other group viewed the tablet alone.

Findings discovered that the people who wore the orange-tinted goggles had higher melatonin levels than the other two groups.

The blue light actually suppresses melatonin (a hormone that affects circadian rhythm and should increase when you are preparing for bedtime).

The result: Your brain feels stimulated.

This is fine if you’re looking at your smartphone’s screen at noon, but if you’re looking at the screen at midnight, your brain is going to get confused and think that the sun is out - making it even tougher to fall asleep.

Although a smartphone’s blue light isn’t great for sleep, the things a person can do on a smartphone can affect a person’s sleep, too.

For example, a study that appeared in Sleep Medicine discovered that games and social interactions caused stimulation that disrupted rest and sleep.

If you go to sleep with your smartphone ringer on, rather than silent, you most likely have been awoken by a late-night call or social media notification.

And even if you sleep with your phone on silent, its electromagnetic cellular and wi-fi signals could interfere with your sleep quality, too, albeit in a more minor way.

Given all this, it’s best to give yourself a good hour off the phone before you go to sleep.

A feast for all the senses

WINERIES across the King Valley are warming up to welcome visitors once again for the Weekend Fit For a King, taking place this Saturday and Sunday.

The festival coincides with the King Valley Balloon Festival, as well as the King Valley Art Show, ensuring there is plenty to see, taste and do in the region over the long weekend.

“We expect over 3000 visitors to the wineries across the weekend,” said Alison Lloyd from Wines of the King Valley.

“The visitors are aways delightful - a great mix of young families and older groups coming to explore the region.

“I’m looking forward to bringing my sons to watch the balloons take off in the morning, then relaxing into a day of yummy eating and a little bit of wine tasting.

“The wineries are a great spot to catch up with local friends over the long weekend.”

The public are invited to join the winemaking families of the King Valley to taste new and museum release, cool-climate, premium-quality wines and experience the hospitality the region is famed for.

Gourmet enthusiasts can also feast on artisan local produce and hearty family recipes at 10 participating wineries throughout the region.

The King Valley Balloon Festival will draw visitors’ eyes to the skies, and the magnificent landscape, with morning flights every day Friday to Monday.

On Sunday afternoon, those participating in Weekend Fit for a King can also see hot air balloon displays, meet the pilots and hop into the balloon baskets at Dal Zotto, Politini, King River Estate and King River Brewing.

Other festival highlights include Pizzini Wines releasing their 21st vintage of Sangiovese, accompanied by traditional Italian dishes; Darling Estate celebrating 100 years of family history by releasing a special Nebbiolo made in conjunction with famed winemaker Rick Kinzbrunner; and Wood Park Wines participating in the celebration for the first time, with food to entice by Milawa Cheese Co and Milawa Kitchen.

Tickets to Weekend Fit For a King are $25 per person (children free), giving access to 10 participating wineries, free tastings, festival menus, entertainment and a tasting glass or KeepCup to take home.

“I recommend booking tickets online before you get there - it just makes entry that little bit easier,” Alison said.

“And don’t forget that the tickets are valid for two days, so you can squeeze in a visit to somewhere new as well as the wineries you know.”

Art show continues to grow and thrive GROWING in popularity every year, the King Valley Art Show, to be held this year on June 8-10, continues to go from strength to strength.

Organisers believe the event has shown that the King Valley has proven a fertile ground for artists. Last year alone, the event saw 40 per cent of participating artists either selling their work or winning a prize, with 72 works sold and $16,750 won in prizemoney.

Show secretary, Michael Ashby, said “providing artists with these sorts of odds to succeed is a big plus for us. It also indicates we are showing artworks that many people truly love and are of high quality.”

In 2019 prizemoney has reached $17,250, including a grand prize of $3000 sponsored

by Dal Zotto Wines, and the show itself has attracted about 400 entries by some 150 artists.

Patronage over the three day event - being held at King River Brewing - is expected to reach at least 1100 people, with around a quarter of those set to attend the Friday night Gala Opening (bookings essential on www. kingvalleyartshow.com.au).

A mix of generous local sponsors (including many individuals), solid local support, a hardworking committee, enthusiastic volunteers and a great venue at King River Brewing are the main ingredients to the success of the King Valley Art Show.

“King River Brewing have been operating hand in hand with the art show for a few years now,” said Michael.

“We couldn’t ask for a better relationship between us.

“I am positive all our patrons in 2019 will agree wholeheartedly.”

The art show team continue to work hard to benefit not only artists and local tourism, but also enhance culture in the King Valley.

Since 2014, a grant program has been operating which supports other events and initiatives held throughout the year that enrich the King Valley’s arts culture and benefit the community.

Administering the grants program, the annual art show and a live performance program is “King Valley Arts”.

Until 2018 it was known as “King Valley Art Show”.

Working in tandem to create combination of flavours THROUGHOUT the King Valley, cooks, chefs, and winemakers alike have been collaborating to create unforgettable flavours and treats for the long weekend, often working hard to match them with their locally produced wine.

Among those collaborating on a seamless marriage of flavours is the Dal Zotto winery team working on this Saturday’s L’Immigrante lunch, headed up by Dal Zotto’s chef, Nikki Kennedy, and winemaker Michael Dal Zotto.

“One of my greatest joys of being a chef is bringing food and wine together, especially with friends and family,” Nikki said.

“As a chef, when tasting wine, flavours in food must complement, not compete.

“I love being able to delve into the complex flavours and smells that I experience when tasting wine, and figuring out how to bring these flavours to life through food.”

Michael agreed, adding, “the great thing about marrying food and wine is that you look to find that perfect balance between the flavours and textures, that perfect harmony.”

Nikki has worked as a chef in the North East for the past 20 years, and has worked at Dal Zotto since they first opened their Trattoria.

“Working at Dal Zotto’s feels like going to work with family, and I’m surrounded by people who love what they do,” Nikki said.

She added that she is passionate about including local produce and homegrown fla-

vours in her food.

“The inspiration for me as a chef is working with our local produce, and especially what we source from Elena (Dal Zotto’s) kitchen garden, onsite at the Trattoria,” Nikki said.

“Not many chefs have this luxury, and the view from my office (the kitchen) is spectacular.

“The changing of the seasons with the onset of winter gives me the chance to build a menu that highlights intense, rich flavours matched to wines that are just built for food.”

Michael, a winemaker of some 20 years’ standing, said that one of the most special things about his job is being able to develop the wines with his family.

“Some of the most rewarding moments for me as a winemaker are when I get to see people enjoying these wines at one of our events,” he said.

He said he was proud of the wines he had chosen to complement the L’Immigrante lunch.

“These wines at this lunch are the wines from our reserve range, with varieties that yearin, year-out, perform exceptionally well in the King Valley,” Michael said.

“They are what we consider to be great examples of the varieties.

“Wines such as our L’Immigrante prosecco, and our soon to be release tabelo (which is also made from prosecco) are wines that are extremely special to the family, and it gives us great joy to share these with people.”

Young talent comes to the fore

YOUTH AND TALENT: Young local musician Leticia Box-Corsini, who will be performing at La Cantina over the Queen’s Birthday weekend, is making a splash on the local music scene.

MUSICIANS of all kinds are making their mark at wineries across the region during the Queen’s Birthday Weekend - and among them is local performer Leticia Box-Corsini.

A keen singer since the age of four, Leticia has been performing since her primary school days, and will be part of the entertainment at La Cantina in the King Valley, as well as accordion player Bruno Spiller.

Beginning lessons and performing at the tender age of 11, Leticia said she first performed at the Oxley Primary School talent quest, and opportunities have grown exponentially since then.

“Since I started at Wangaratta High School in year seven, I have performed in the talent quest every year, sung at a few weddings and also at the King River Brewery with a friend on the weekend sometimes,” Leticia said.

Leticia said she is passionate about music and singing.

“I love how free music is and how it can bring even the most unlikely of people together,” she said.

Weekend Fit For A King

“I love seeing people as happy and dancing as I am when I’m performing; there’s just something magical about what music can do.”

She said she looks up to a broad range of artists.

“Adele is definitely my biggest influence, because she’s such an amazing role model for young people,” Leticia said.

“Her music is appropriate for all ages and her voice is just incredible, the way she ties in her heartfelt lyrics with vocals that match perfectly just makes me love her.

“I also really look up to a lot of Australian artists, such as Delta Goodrem, Mallrat, Ziggy Alberts and Lime Cordiale.”

Leticia said she has had several highlights in her musical career already, including winning best female vocalist at the Wangaratta High School talent quest two years running.

She said she also loves participating in Kool Skools.

“It’s a lot of fun as well as being really educational,” she said.

While her ultimate goal is to be a performing and recording artist, Leticia said that she sees singing and performing in her future, no matter what happens.

“The goal is to be a professional performing and recording artist - I mean, that would be my biggest dream come true - but I think even if I don’t make it there and just end up perform on weekends as a local artist, that would be great too,” Leticia said. ‘’I really just want my future to have singing and performing in it.”

Leticia said she is looking forward to performing for Weekend Fit For A King crowds this weekend.

“I love the experience in performing for live audiences, it’s a more relaxed atmosphere instead of being on a stage where it’s a bit different, more tense and nerveracking,” she said.

“Singing in restaurants or wineries is my favorite place to perform because it’s so chill and easy, there’s not as much pressure and you can just relax, sing and really enjoy the gig.”

Savour Sicilian flavours at Politini Wines POLITINI Wines and Sicilian ďŹ&#x201A;avours and culture have always been indelibly linked, ever since Salvatore Politini watched his father at work in a Sicilian winery as a child, before establishing Politini Wines in Cheshunt decades later.

The Sicilian connection continues with the food and fun available at Politini Wines during their Sicilian Festa, part of the Weekend Fit For A King celebration this Saturday and Sunday.

Visitors can enjoy delicious Sicilian inspired dishes, including Nonna Josieâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Arancini, home made cannelloni, salsicce, hearty slow cooked meat dishes and Mediterranean seafood platters.

A pop up cafe bar will be serving barista made coďŹ&#x20AC;ee and desserts; Nonnaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s sweet ricotta or custard cannoli, biscotti, and hot Sicilian doughnuts (SďŹ ngi).

Settle in among the gardens (under cover) or under the rotunda and enjoy live music by Luke Dewing.

As always, Salvatore will be charming the crowds, playing his favourite tunes on the piano-accordion.

Kids can visit the childrenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s art and craft tent and have some fun being creative, or enjoy the soccer pitch.

Several hot air balloons will be tethered on the grounds at Politini Wines, and the public is invited to take photographs or help pack up the huge balloons.

Tickets for Weekend Fit for A King are $25, and children are admitted free.

SANGIOVESE CREATORS: Pizzini viticultural and winemaking team Fred and Joel Pizzini, who have made the winery’s Sangiovese over the years.

Celebrating 21st release of Pizzini Sangiovese PIZZINI’S Sangiovese e Salsicce event is a celebration of Italian wine, Italian food, family and friends.

What makes this year’s event even more special is the opportunity to celebrate the 21st release of Pizzini Sangiovese so, of course, the 2017 Sangiovese will be a proud inclusion in their line-up of wines over the weekend.

Pizzini’s Sangiovese e Salsicce Celebration is part of the King Valley’s Weekend fit for a King Festival. (More information on the festival can be found at www.winesofthekingvalley.com.au)

Throughout the weekend, visitors can drop in to Pizzini for warming fare and live entertainment, with plenty of cosy places to sit and enjoy all the goings-on.

The cellar door is open from 10am-5pm throughout the weekend.

While it is already sold out, Saturday will see the winery’s traditional Long Lunch, featuring food prepared by Adam Pizzini and the team from Rinaldo’s Casa Cucina and of course the 21st Sangiovese!

Showcasing contemporary textiles WANGARATTA Art Gallery is delighted to once again present the biennial Wangaratta Contemporary Textile Award, describing it as a nationally significant award and exhibition which strongly embodies the current state of play for contemporary textiles practice in Australia.

The Wangaratta Contemporary Textile Award 2019 Exhibition will be on show at Wangaratta Art Gallery until August 11 in Gallery 1.

“This award is committed to the advancement and growth of contemporary textile art on a national platform,” said Simone Nolan from Wangaratta Art Gallery.

It is an acquisitive award that has, over the past decade, significantly assisted the growth of the Wangaratta Art Gallery Collection.

“Through a strong connection to Wangaratta’s important textile industry history, the award holds great reference to our cherished past, but also embraces our exciting future,” Simone continued.

“The 2019 award presents a finalist exhibition of 33 artists who are recognised leaders within their chosen mediums working across both traditional and non-traditional textile art forms.

“These finalists define themselves in varied ways, from masters in technique to multi-disciplinary artists.

“They demonstrate highly resolved concepts, exploratory practice, refined technical expertise and important commentary on a number of connecting themes and current issues affecting Australia today – including immigration, cultural diversity and climate change.”

Simone said the Wangaratta Contemporary Textile Award remains true to its core intention

- to be contemporary, and celebrate new ideas and practices consistent with what is currently considered comtemporary practice in textile and fibre based art forms.

“Our approach is reflected in the diversity and variation of the finalists’ works,” she said thanking all the finalists and artists who applied for the award this year.

“It is an honour to provide an opportunity for a competitive process and an award that assists in the advancement of the textile and fibre based art.

“Not only does this award continue to attract new artists and new ways of thinking, it also continues to grow in wealth.

“In 2019 we witness the addition of the Commemorative Ruth Amery Award, a legacy award on behalf of our former councillor who held the portfolio for Arts and Culture for the Rural City of Wangaratta.

“We also welcome changes in the artist brief regarding the size of the artworks, shifting the final representation to embrace diversity in size and scale.

“These changes reflect the evolution of the Wangaratta Contemporary Textile Award, and help to make Wangaratta Art Gallery synonymous with the art form and practice of contemporary textiles in Australia.”

Salami season opening a feature at Dal Zotto THIS Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend at Dal Zotto Wines they will be celebrating the opening of salami season.

As part of Weekend Fit For A King, they will be hosting their L’Immigrante Long Lunch on Saturday, June 8, celebrating their L’Immigrante collection, the pinnacle of Dal Zotto Wine’s range.

On Sunday, you can join in on one of their two hour interactive Salami Master classes with James Mele from The Meat Room.

The morning session is 10:30am arrival for an 11am start; while the afternoon session is 2pm arrival for a 2:30pm start.

Throughout the weekend, Dal Zotto Wines will have their full range of wine available for tasting as well as their famous house made pizza and pasta available to purchase.

The weekend will be full of entertainment for the whole family.
