LESS PREDATORS, MORE LAMBS THE aim of the game is always to get as many prime lambs to market as possible, with Dr Matt Mahoney and seven sheep producers in the Mansfield Shire employing a concentrated effort of predator eradication to document the results. Putting in place property specific, pest management plans, ‘Less Predators, More Lambs’ is a three year experiment funded through Meat and Livestock Australia, with producers chosen to participate based on best management practice.
