First sled dog Quest across the snowfields

THE popularity of the sled dog team last winter has encouraged a bigger and better program this season with the first sled dog ‘Quest’ to be held.

Mt Buller will play host to this brand new event on the snow season calendar, with the Mt Buller Sled Dog Quest set to take place next Tuesday and Wednesday, July 28-29.

Held over two action-packed days, the event will see sled dog teams from across Australia compete navigating two challenging courses, with up to 30

Commencing on Tuesday, participants will complete the race on two set courses: a shorter course designed for two and four dog teams, and a longer course for six and eight dog teams.

Held at twilight, teams will begin from the heart of the Village, heading up the Bourke Street ski run and around a course that weaves around the ski area.

Mattis Jaama Age: 23 Mattis Jaama has come to Mt Stirling for the first time to test his very good skiing skills.

Matt has been skiing since he was three years old and has many achievements including 15th place at the Junior World Championships in 2011, and he is the Estonian National Champion four times in a row.

Where do you live when you are not at Mt Stirling?: Tartu, Estonia.

Ski ability (be honest): Very good (but there is always room to improve).

What is your highest skiing achievement?: 15th place at Junior World Championships (2011), 4 x Estonian National Champion.

At what age did you first ski?: I was three years old.

How many years have you been skiing at Mt Stirling?: 2015 is my first year.

Rahel aka Rachel Age: 23 23-year-old Rachael, has been snow skiing since she was only 3-4 years old.

She comes all the way from Estonia in Europe and has come to Mt Stirling this season for the first time to spend time snow skiing.

Rachel studies in Tartu University, physical education and sport, and also has a cross country skiing team that she skis with and also works with children.

She loves to ski back at home in Estonia, Otepää, and has achieved many goals including being the Estonian champion under 23 winner in the 10km classic.

Rachel cannot wait to start spending time at Mt Stirling to test her legendary skiing skills.

What Rachel admires about Mt Stirling the most is the different cross country tracks, different to what she has at home, and the view that Mt Stirling has at the top of the mountain - even when it is foggy, the different nature and the friendly people that work there.

Rachel admires orienteering and competes in Rogains in her spare time and has found that she is interested in Disc golf and thinks it’s a fun activity.

When she returns to her home country she plans to continue her studies in university and graduate with her Masters degree.

Rachel is looking forward to spending more time on Mt Stirling where the skiing is adventurous, enjoyable and fun.

Mart Kevin Põlluste Mart Kevin Põlluste is a 21-year-old from Tartu, Estonia and has been skiing since the age of four, joining his first ski club when he was seven, is now testing his very good skiing abilities by coming to Mt Stirling for the first time to ski.

Currently, Mart is studying economics at the University of Tartu and hopes that his third year will be his final year, once he returns home he will continue his studies and continue his training for the upcoming winter.

Mart loves Mt Stirling because of the tracks, the people who work there, the awesome atmosphere and there is a variety of activities to do so he will never be bored and the instructors up on Mt Stirling are pure class and extremely professional.

Mart’s favourite place at Mt Stirling is Wombat Drop, Alby’s Creek, Fork Creek trail, all of the fast downhills and tracks.

But in Europe, his favourite of all time would be the Alps.

Mart has also skied in Finland, Latvia, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Italy, Slovakia and of couuse his home, Estonia.

The three words he could use to describe Mt Stirling would be slushy, pizza slice and V-Man (Vahool).

Visitor numbers expected to rise now with snow

IN THE COUNT: Kids learning to ski are counted among the thousands of visitors to Mt Buller each year and here this group of young beginners are being taught the finer points of staying upright by an experienced instructor.

VISITOR numbers to all resorts across the Victorian snowfields should rise sharply with the arrival of some very welcome – albeit a little late – snow.

Reports for week six of the 2015 season show that although visitor numbers have been down by some 28 per cent so far, these figures are now on the rise.

During week six some 28,473 folk visited Mt Buller and 195 for Mt Stirling.

Year to date figures have also been surprising – equalling last year’s year to date figures for the same period with a one per cent change – upwards.

Visitor day numbers are following the same trend.

Across all resorts some 181,962 snow lovers visited the resorts, down by only eight per cent from last year which recorded 197,227 the previous year.

And the visitor days figures show only a 10 per cent difference from last year.

Late snowfalls could mean great spring skiing when over the next month more good natural snowfalls are predicted – giving those who love to ski in late August and September fine and perfect conditions.

Record numbers for Team Buller Racing program LONG time Mt Buller skier and advocate of Team Buller Racing Mark Ashkanasy captured this snap of this year’s team in the village square.

Team manager Andrew Pattison said this year there are record numbers for the TBR Program.

“The Team Buller Riders (TBR) freestyle skiing program has made a successful start to the 2015 Mt Buller winter,” Andrew said.

“On an exciting note, program numbers have reached an all-time high, with 136 athletes training with the program over the season.

“Despite the challenging early season conditions, the TBR coaches

have worked hard to ensure athlete progression with the resources available.

“Special thanks to the Mt Buller Outdoor Operations team for working around the clock to provide skiing and boarding since day one of the season.”

Andrew said the Frank Mt Buller Park crew have also done a great job to provide the Bourke Street Terrain Park early in the season and now have a jump and rail line set up on Skyline.

“We look forward to further snowfalls and a number of leading events later in the season such as the ABOM Mogul Challenge and Victorian and Australian Interschools,” Andrew said.

New road - good or bad for skiers?

A Buller odd spot APPARENTLY heard on the mountain recently was the story about a gentleman who got off a tourist bus down at Horse Hill carpark – amazed at the amount of snow around – it was just when the dump was starting.

But more amazed were the parking attendants as he was heard to ask them “Where are the penguins?” Was this gent on the wrong bus and should he have been at Phillip Island – or was he really expecting to see penguins on Mt Buller?

There is one penguin in the snow – outside Celia’s – put your head in the hole and have your photo taken – you become the penguin.

Eat, Sleep, Ski, repeat...

THE arguments around the proposed link road to be built between Mt Buller and Mt Stirling have raised some issues from skiers who use the area.

One person opposing the concept of the road assisting cross country skiing is Charles Street.

Mr Street has been a keen cross country (XC) skier, bushwalker and a campaigner for the conservation of Mt Stirling for more than 20 years.

He was also a member of the Mt Buller and Mt Stirling Alpine Resort Management Board (ARMB) from 2004 to 2006.

His more than 35 years’ experience as a XC skier has included being a member of the Mansfield Nordic Ski Club during the 1990s, secretary of Ski Cross Country Victoria from 2002 to 2011 and a XC Ski Racing Technical Delegate - Level 3 under Federation International de Ski rules.

It has been quoted that, “the Link Road will be a Nordic ski trail in winter”.

The Link Road has been designed for buses, according to Mr Street - “in a few years’ time, skiers will be jumping out of the way of buses”.

“XC skiers need more than

25cm of continuous snow - we will not get this on the north side,” he said.

“The top of the Link Road is 1520 metres altitude, while the bottom is at 1405m.

“There will be little and ever-diminishing snow falls in this altitude range, as evidenced in the CSIRO report ‘Climate change impacts on snow in Victoria’ by Jonas Bhend, Janice Bathols and Kevin Hennessy.”

Mr Street added that as an XC ski trail, the Link Road will be the failure that it was designed to be.

“The Link Road is to be built on the northern (sunny) side of Cornhill and any snowfall there will melt during sunny conditions,” Mr Street explained.

“Also, dumps of snow come from the southwest, so southern slopes receive more snow and a road on the northern slopes will receive less.”

Mr Street is also concerned about the loss of Mount Stirling as an XC ski destination.

“The proposed road is a ‘road to nowhere’, unless the ARMB intends to convert Mt Stirling into ‘somewhere’,” he said.

“If accommodation and related infrastructure are built on Stirling, the XC ski trails will become roadways for

vehicle access, eg 4WD taxis, supply trucks and maintenance vehicles.

“The trails will quickly become unskiable and XC skiers will become unwelcome.”

Local pharmacist and prolific XC skier, John Eisner, has a different perspective.

“While I agree with a lot of Mr Street’s points, if the alternative to the proposed northern road is to upgrade the existing south side road, that would be a disaster,” he said.

“The road on the south side of Cornhill is currently used

by XC skiers as access for the Cornhill trails.

“Also the first part of the road from Horse Hill is currently where the dog sleds operate.”

Mr Eisner sees any upgrade as interfering with XC skiing rather than aiding it.

“Clearing an upgraded southern road and having to share it with vehicles will ruin the XC experience,” he said.

“As it is, not enough skiers make use of the area now.

“What is more important in all these discussions is the agenda for Mt Stirling.”

Mr Eisner added that the future of skiing at Mt Stirling needs to have a plan, and part of that plan has to be keeping Mt Stirling natural.

COMMENTS from John Eisner and Charles Street highlight how the proposed new road linking the two resorts will compromise the existing uses of Mt Stirling for the benefit of Mt Buller.

As I have indicated in previous articles and letters to your paper, Sandi Jeffcoat, former CEO of Mt Buller and I surveyed a low altitude link between the resorts.

This link from Box Corner on Mt Buller to Rope Landing below Telephone Box Corner on Mt Stirling is a shorter and much better option as it is below the snow line.

Additionally it would enhance opportunities for both resorts rather than have a detrimental effect on the existing uses of Mt Stirling.

The Mt Buller ARMB must consider better options rather than the proposed northern Corn Hill link.

Mt Stirling Alpine Resort

Make road documents public I WRITE regarding comments quoted in the Mansfield Courier, June 3, by the CEO of the Buller Stirling ARMB. Referring to the application to construct a new road across the north face of Corn Hill, through intact sub-alpine forest, Mr Huber is quoted as saying “This project has had more investigations than any other proposal in the alps”.

In my opinion, this project must also set a record for steadfast lack of disclosure.

While we have completed plans for the western end of the road, we are still waiting in respect of the other end.

The year is now 2015.

Why the delay?

Why would anyone build a high quality road to a place without completed plans?

We are also waiting for public release of the Business Case for the Link Road.

I note that the Alpine Resorts Co-ordinating Council requires “investment projects within the Victorian alpine resorts that are based on robust business cases and are aligned with resort, regional and state-wide strategic plans” in order to qualify for ARCC grants.

As the Link Road is to be a public road on public land, funded (ostensibly) with public money, under the auspices of a public authority, for use by the public, I must agree with the ARCC’s stance.

Let’s not get hung up about it.

Just make these documents public. Today.

By LIZ WEBB MT BULLER has achieved a new triumph which places it firmly on the world’s cultural map.

The National Alpine Museum of Australia (NAMA) is now recognised as a fully accredited museum (as opposed to historical society) by Museums Australia.

Initially opened in 1999 as the Mt Buller Museum with funding from the Mt Buller Alpine Resort Management Board (ARMB), the museum is a non-profit incorporated association staffed by volunteers and supported by membership and grants.

The National Alpine Museum of Australia is dedicated to collecting, preserving and exhibiting elements from the broad spectrum of ski history for the purpose of research, education and entertainment.

It is the only permanent Alpine museum in Australia The museum houses an extensive collection of historical ski equipment, clothing, film, photographs and archives.

The museum received a grant of $10,000 in 2004 from the Helen Macpherson Smith Trust to collect, restore and catalogue old film footage of Mt Buller.

Its main display area is located on the ground level (next to the gym) inside Alpine Central. Display cases, showcasing some key historical items are in the main reception area and in the foyer area outside the museum where snow mobiles and other alpine objects are on display even if the museum is not open.

STEPHEN and Michelle Morrice, managers at Ajax Lodge, are celebrating yet another swag of honors - this time at the Royal Melbourne Fine Foods awards.

And as Michelle said last week - these are truly prized awards as judges will not award any medals if they feel there are no products worthy of them.

Stephen and Michelle entered eight of their Stephen’s Fine Foods products and came away with four awards all up - one silver and three bronze medals.

This brings their tally for fine foods awards to 19 in the past three years - ranging from Tasmania to Sydney.

Their latest Silver was awarded for their Traditional Rich Christmas Pudding (no gold was awarded in this category).

Bronze medals went to their Christmas Pudding (family size); Gluten Free Christmas Pudding; Traditional Rich Christmas Pudding and their Brandy Butterscotch Sauce.

In the Chilli Jam/Dressing/Pate section their Tomato Chilli Jam, Plum Sauce and Cranberry Port & Sage pate were judged but no prizes awarded.

Michelle also added that following on from the Sydney Fine Food Awards earlier this year, this latest swag adds more confidence to their range.

Winter Adventure Race about to take off

TAKE OFF: Competitors are set to take off in the Mt Buller Adventure Race last season.

MT BULLER is busy preparing for the annual Mt Buller Winter Adventure Race, a fun and exciting single day event that sees competitors participate in a navigational adventure race around the Mt Buller snowfields.

Starting and finishing from the Mt Buller Village Square, entrants will navigate themselves in teams of two, or as singles, around the resort to a series of checkpoints across the mountain (snow condition dependent).

The course can be completed on skis, snowboard, snowshoes, skins, alpine touring or split board equipment and there are several race categories for participants to enter.

A new race category for 2015 is the open male and female individual category, plus the Inter-Lodge Trophy

Challenge for members of Mt Buller lodges.

The winners will be determined based on the quickest times and a presentation ceremony will be held at the Mt Buller Alpine Cinema following the event.

Chief executive officer of Mt Buller Mt Stirling Resort Management, John Huber, said of the event “the Mt Buller Winter Adventure Race is a unique event on our calendar, offering a fun and diverse experience for competitors and spectators alike”.

“Now in its second year, the Winter Adventure Race sees some tough competition but plenty of fun as well, so we encourage guests to take part and enjoy a great day out,” Mr Huber said.

“There are plenty of prizes to be won, and the day wraps up with a presentation

in the cinema followed by a screening of the Backcountry Film Festival.

“It’s a day full of adventure here on top of the world.”

The Mt Buller Winter Adventure Race is set to take place on Saturday, July 25 from 9.30am, with a mandatory pre-race briefing.

Ticket prices start at $15 for individuals, and $25 for a team of two and participants are encouraged to enter online.

Each participant will receive free entry to the Backcountry Film Festival, which follows the Mt Buller Adventure Race in the Alpine Cinema.

MT BULLER will go to Melbourne again this year giving residents of Ashburton a snow experience they may otherwise not have.

On Saturday, August 1 the mountain will be dropping 10 tonnes of snow right into the Ashburton High Street shopping centre for young and old to enjoy.

This year’s theme for the snow experience is the movie “Frozen” - with a singing Elsa and Olaf the Snowman who will join Blake the Buller Flake.

The promotion attracts hundreds of children and parents to the street where they can take toboggan rides, jump in a Frozen Jumping Castle and take part in other fun activities.

RETURNING STUDENTS: Kadina School, from the York peninsula 150kms north of Adelaide, has been coming to Mt Buller for some 25 years and this year was no exception. For the past 13 years they have stayed on Buller itself and although usually accommodated in one lodge this year students were billeted out into several lodges due to numbers. The large group were under the guidance of teacher Dean Angus – an experienced skier and leader.

Snow season road safety

VICROADS has taken the opportunity to remind all motorists travelling to and around the Alpine areas of the importance of taking extreme care on the road this snow season.

The warnings come as throughout the next week more snow is predicted for the high country - along with rain and thunderstorms - equally important weather conditions in which to take extra care.

Weather conditions, like heavy snow, fog and ice, will have an impact on the road network and motorists should be vigilant and drive to the

changed conditions.

Winter and snow season road safety tips include: thoroughly check your vehicle before leaving home - tyres, battery, brakes, cooling system, engine and windscreen; your engine radiator may require anti-freeze (check with your service provider) and add anti-freeze to your windscreen washing fluid to prevent it freezing on the windscreen when driving; if you drive a diesel vehicle, ensure you use fuel formulated for use in cold

conditions - diesel ‘waxes’ at low temperature which blocks the fuel system and may immobilise the vehicle; carry appropriate snow chains and fit them to your vehicle if required; avoid driving in heavy rain, snow and high winds if you don’t have to. Delay your trip if you can; if you do have to drive, allow plenty of time and drive carefully; leave your headlights on – not only do they help you see, they help others see you; road conditions can

change extremely quickly so be aware of the road and its surroundings; and allow plenty of space between you and the vehicle in front of you – sometimes drivers can brake suddenly and in wet and icy conditions you will take longer to come to a stop.

Lantern run raises $4500 for leukaemia LIGHT the Night 2015 took place at Mt Buller on Saturday, July 18 in a bid to raise money and awareness for the Leukaemia Foundation.

More than $4500 was raised through donations and the sale of the lanterns, with close to 300 people

partaking in the annual event.

Participants included skiers and snowboarders, CFA and police volunteers, Barry the Pygmy Possum and a giant Yeti, all carrying lanterns down Bourke Street in an effort to support the event.

By LIZ WEBB SOME five years ago, a group of Mt Buller mums meeting for dinner decided to make it more than just a social get together.

The ‘Snow Sisters’ annual dinner is now a sell-out event and is held at a different mountain venue each season.

Committee members Suzanne Rumble, Sonia Clark and Sandra Maier commented that “while watching our children training and racing, we all just started chatting and decided that

it would be great to also meet socially without our children”.

“Our first dinner was so much fun, we thought this could also be a great way to raise funds for a worthy cause on the mountain,” Sonia said.

The Snow Sisters dinner grows bigger each year and Mt Buller and Melbourne businesses are delighted to provide sponsorship and prizes for their highly entertaining evening as they know that the Snow Sisters will support one of the mountain’s organisations.

This year a donation was made to the Mt Buller CFA for the purchase of much needed firefighting equipment.

The 2015 dinner was held at the Enzian Hotel.

An added bonus for attendees was provided by a new Snow Sister, Christine Parkes, whose company Global Brands donated a gift bag of Li Tya products to all guests.

The Snow Sisters have more activities planned and these can be followed on their Facebook page.

SPECTATORS braved the cold conditions and snowy weather at Mt Buller on Saturday evening to watch Jindabyne local Jye Kearney become the first snowboarder to win four Burton Cattleman’s Rail Jam titles.

Walking away with a $4000 cheque to add to his collection, Jye’s consistency, creativity and famously casual style has solidified his position as one of Australia’s best snowboarders.

His dominance has certainly shown at Cattleman’s where he is the only rider to win three back-to-back titles.

“I’m just so stoked, I felt like I rode really well and can’t believe this is my fourth title,” Jye said as he clutched another novelty cheque to add to the collection he keeps in his lounge room.

In what the judges called one of the hardest finals to judge in the event’s 10 year history, Jye was closely followed by little known Mt Buller seasonary Geremy Guido from Kamloops, Canada.

Guido’s flawlessly smooth style and unique use of the whole stair-set secured him

second place and $2000.

Third place went to Jindabyne local and all round character Sam ‘Red Dog’ Neuman, whose technicality, consistency and clinical bag of tricks landed him a $1000 pay cheque.

Mt Buller local Luke Staveley also walked away with an impressive result and prize to match, winning the “Mini Stand Out Award” and a wild card entry into the Burton Rail Days event in Tokyo, Japan.

The event coincided with a state wide cold snap, with

Mt Buller reaching a freezing overnight low of -5.9 degrees.

Some 10cm of fresh snow had fallen since Saturday morning and more was expected throughout Sunday.

All seasons vehicle tested at Mt Buller THE Country Fire Authority (CFA) has been conducting a trial at Mt Buller to test and evaluate the performance of a new alpine vehicle, known as the ‘Alpine First Attack Vehicle’.

Between October 2014 and May 2016, the trial is a proof of concept to increase the capacity of the brigade to meet both winter and summer response and performance.

The vehicle has been specifically designed to suit alpine conditions, as it has a higher level of manoeuvrability and is far gentler on the environment.

The Alpine First Attack Vehicle is based on a Toyota LandCruiser ute

platform, with a 4.5L turbocharged engine, an integrated diesel engine driven High Pressure Pumping System (HPPS) with 300-litre water tank and foam proportioning system and is fitted with an LED emergency response system.

The vehicle is fitted with Mattracks tracks in winter and wheels in summer.

It made its first appearance on the slopes at Mt Buller on Thursday, July 2 when fresh snow fell, making it suitable for the vehicle to test out the tracks.

The terrain and access varied from concrete roads to undulating trails, ice conditions and snow.

The unit was assessed by CFA operations officer Paul Horton and the director of Cleanit NQ Mark Dooley.

Mr Horton said of the first test run at Mt Buller: “We’ve received favourable reports from brigade members about the vehicle’s performance so far, and the unit performed better than expected and met each of the challenges conducted.”

The vehicle will undergo further testing at Mt Buller in both summer and winter conditions before a full report is submitted.

But judging by the aromas wafting out on to Bourke Street, it won’t be long before there’s queues at the door.

What’s coming up on Mt Buller

NOW that snow has arrived the race season can commence, along with the many other activities enjoyed on Mt Buller and Mt Stirling every winter - here are a few that are coming up in the next couple of weeks.

BACKCOUNTRY FILM FESTIVAL - Saturday, July 25 - 7pm Mt Buller Cinema The Backcountry Film Festival promotes the work of grassroots filmmakers who tell compelling and entertaining stories of backcountry, nonmotorised recreation and environmental preservation.

Winter Wildlands Alliance created the Backcountry Film Festival in 2005 to help grassroots and professional filmmakers to show audiences their love of the winter outdoors.

Since then, the annual festival has been shown in more than 30 towns and cities, and raised thousands of dollars to help efforts to preserve our winter environment.

BUTE VANESSA - July 25 and 26; August 1 and 2; August 8 and 9

Vanessa began around 10 years ago as a fleet of one – a done-up ex-booze bus that travelled to Victorian festivals and events providing free, voluntary breath-testing.

Before long, she became a popular fixture at events around Victoria, her unmissable orange presence becoming a familiar ‘must-visit’ for punters who welcomed her free (and potentially life-saving) service.

As her roster of attended events grew, so did her personality (and her fleet).

Vanessa wants you to party and have fun, but she’s also looking out for you. Her message ‘Your mate’s life is in your hands’ is the most important message visitors can take away from the experience.

Vanessa Bute, the five star Ford Ranger, will be visiting Mt Buller over the 2015 winter season.

The activities that will be on offer during its time at the snow include: fun interactive games - including the ever popular spinning wheel;

iPads loaded with “How Safe is Your Car?” content; chill out space to provide refuge from the cold; free merchandise and prizes; awesome crew, worded up on road safety tips and advice for the snowy conditions; and free water and hot chocolate (when available).

SLED DOGS DEMONSTRATION - July 28 and 29 Mt Buller was the home-base for Australian Sled Dog Tours in 2014. The on snow activity proved to be a huge success for everyone who visited the resort.

In 2015, Mt Buller will host a sled dog demonstration race in the Mt Buller Village on two courses for the very first time.

Held over two days the event will include 2, 4, 6 and 8 dog teams.

Approximately 30 teams in total will compete.

Schedule:Tuesday, July 28 - 5pm-7pm - Mt Buller Village Square: Teams assemble in Village start line between Buller Central

and T’s High Country Café.

Teams head up skiers right on Bourke St ski run onto the ski area, around either Tirol, or Koflers depending on which course they are completing.

6 and 8 dog teams start first (approx 5pm).

2 and 4 dog teams start next (approx 6pm).

Teams return skiers left on Bourke St ski run to the Village Square.

Wednesday, July 29 - 9am – 12noon - Corn Hill Road (from Skating Rink): Teams assemble on Corn Hill Road, at snow line.

Teams head along Corn Hill Road, potentially to Howqua Gap (snow dependent).

THEY were calling last week’s snow dump, snownado, snowpocalypse, even the Antarctic vortex.

And while this system didn’t quite deliver the forecast 50cm (as of Wednesday Buller sat on 38cm in the last week), all those on mountain were excited to see the flakes falling.

It started drifting down last Thursday afternoon and for a few days many were feeling slightly underwhelmed.

Snow was promised on Saturday, but it only delivered high winds, lightning and thunder.

But, as the storm cleared the flakes began to fall and people awoke on Sunday

morning to discover 10cm of fresh snow on the ground.

The cold snap which has grasped the nation not only delivered fresh snow, but ideal snow making conditions.

As always, Mother Nature’s little helpers were out there blasting the snow guns as well.

Thanks to a lot of their hard work, the last week has also seen a number of new lifts and terrain open up.

The Fox turned on Monday for the first time this season, which was warmly welcomed by skiers and snowboarders who were eager to start carving up the ever popular Shakey Knees.

Another 7cm on Monday

evening saw Koflers T-Bar make its 2015 debut.

It was followed by 11cm of fresh on Wednesday with Summit and Howqua also shaking off the cobwebs.

By Friday, 14 lifts in total were turning including Bonza and the Northside Express for sightseeing guests.

Skiers and snowboarders on Wednesday were rewarded with pow stashes across the mountain, with some of the best conditions found amongst the snow gums in the Family Run area.

As we head into this weekend, the clouds are expected to clear and temps will warm up – so, drop your plans and join us here on top of the world at Mt Buller.
