t first glance it looks like a contemporary family home. Behind the front door is a thoughtfully-designed approach to rental accommodation that embraces a modern co-living model. Purpose-built rooming houses combine private, self-contained bedrooms with ensuites and individual outdoor spaces, complemented by thoughtfully-designed shared kitchens and laundries. The result is a modern, comfortable living environment for residents and multiple income streams from a single property for investors. As Greater Geelong’s population continues to grow, changing household circumstances and rising housing costs are placing increasing pressure on the rental market. Purpose-built rooming houses are emerging as an innovative solution, increasing the supply of quality rental accommodation while delivering strong investment outcomes. The people choosing this style of living come from all walks of life including nurses, childcare workers, tradespeople, university students, professionals relocating for work and people rebuilding their lives after separation or divorce. For many, co-

living provides an affordable, secure and well-designed place to call home. A recently completed Belcoast Homes project in Bell Park highlights the strong demand for this style of accommodation. The purpose-built nine-bedroom rooming house reached full occupancy shortly after completion and continues to receive enquiries from prospective residents. With more than 20 years of residential building experience, Geelong builder Belcoast Homes specialises in custom investment developments including purpose-built rooming houses, townhouses

and multi-dwelling projects, partnering with investors from concept to completion. “Property investors have a unique opportunity to achieve strong returns while helping address Geelong’s shortage of quality, affordable rental housing,” says Michael Spiteri, Managing Director, Belcoast Homes. “When developments are thoughtfully designed, everyone benefits.” To learn more about purpose-built rooming houses and modern co-living developments visit belcoasthomes.com. au or contact the Belcoast Homes team.

Creating spaces Seaview Gallery offers tips on using art to create a room Artwork by Thom Kadera

Artwork by Sara Paxton

156 geelong + surf coast living spring 2026

es art can ‘create’ a room by establishing its mood, dictating its colour palette and altering its perceived proportions. By anchoring a space with a specific painting you can immediately define the style, energy and atmosphere of the entire area. Go out and fall in love with an art piece then use it as an inspiration – you can design the whole room around it. Artwork can be used to create a focal or talking point in a room and a visual anchor to decorate with colour and reflect your personal style. Artwork brings a depth and dimension to a space and provides an instant colour palette. By choosing dominant base colours from your art piece, it can be used to guide your selection of furniture, rugs, paint, cushions and throws. Neutral walls can pop with vibrant art while more subdued tones can make the space feel cohesive and grounded. Your approach to colour can completely alter the room’s aesthetic and function. Consider the mood you want to create. Warm colours like reds, yellows and oranges can create energy while cool colours, blues, purples and greens promote tranquillity. Cleverly-chosen art can trick the eye.

+ RETIREMENT LIVING

Active and connected Meet a new resident of Bellarine Springs who has had nothing but enormous satisfaction since moving in inda Davey – “I moved into Bellarine Springs two years ago and have loved building a new life and making wonderful friends in this welcoming community. Since my husband passed away 20 years ago, I had enjoyed living independently in Port Melbourne. However, after breaking my femur in a fall, apartment living with stairs became increasingly difficult. After discussing my options with my family, we decided it was time to look for a retirement village that offered easier access and a low-maintenance lifestyle. With family living in Ocean Grove, the Bellarine Peninsula was the perfect location. After visiting several villages, Bellarine Springs stood out. I was impressed by the quality and thoughtful design of the homes. They are well built, with excellent kitchen appliances, and I like that the houses aren’t crowded together with most separated by their garages. My home is brand new, easy to maintain and has a lovely west-facing backyard where I enjoy growing petunias and native flowers.

L

162 geelong + surf coast living spring 2026

One of the best parts of living here has been the sense of community. I’m a social person so I love being able to visit the community centre and always find someone to chat with. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including a Tuesday night social group where we often go out for dinner and I attend aqua aerobics twice a week, which is a fantastic way to keep active. Although I’ve made many new friends at Bellarine Springs, I still enjoy catching the ferry across the bay to visit family and friends in Melbourne. It’s a beautiful day trip and the perfect way to stay connected while enjoying everything my new home has to offer.”

Give Mum and Dad the Retirement They Deserve New luxury homes now from $550,000 with no stamp duty. You want the best for your parents—a place where they’ll stay active, connected, and truly happy. At Bellarine Springs, they’ll live longer, healthier, and more fulfilled lives in a vibrant community designed for independence and wellbeing. With an indoor pool, spa, gym, bowling green, and a calendar full of activities, they’ll stay engaged and socially connected—because an active lifestyle helps keep both body and mind strong. Better yet, they’ll enjoy the warmth of a friendly neighbourhood with real community spirit, where new friendships come easily and support is always close by including a 24 hour emergency call system. Help them make the move to a lifestyle they’ll love. Choose from beautifully finished 2 and 3 bedroom homes with quality fittings and premium appliances — the final opportunity to own a new home at Bellarine Springs and enjoy its relaxed retirement lifestyle.

New residential community for Drysdale McLeods Drysdale is a new residential community taking shape in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula, designed to connect with the landscape and the people who call Drysdale home. Set beside the McLeods Waterholes, the community will feature native landscaping, walking connections, open space and a central community park.

That local connection has already begun through a collaboration with Clifton Springs Primary School. Students have contributed ideas for the park and open space and helped name the new streets including Cockatoo Drive, Kookaburra Street, Autumn Avenue and United Way. The vision is a neighbourhood with a distinct and genuine local character.

Stage 1 is now selling with homesites from 360m² to 583m² and prices starting from $348,000. + COMMUNITY

Creating a ripple effect Container returns help keep Juggernauts abreast on the water very week a crew of paddlers gather on the Barwon River to train in their dragon boat, Ruby. They call themselves the Juggernauts, the name of the Geelong Dragons Abreast racing team. The Geelong chapter of the Dragons Abreast was established in 2004 for people fighting to survive and thrive beyond a breast cancer diagnosis and their supporters. It’s a sporting club but it’s also a community that shows up for each other through the ebbs and flows of life, built on positivity, exercise and laughter on the water. Running a boat club can get costly. Between training costs, equipment and the regattas the Juggernauts travel to locally, interstate and overseas, the overheads can add up. Volunteer hours and community support keep everything afloat. For the past year, the club has found an ally in Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic). Locals and supporters can return their eligible cans, cartons and glass or plastic bottles for a 10-cent refund. They can then

E

168 geelong + surf coast living spring 2026

choose to save their refunds for the things that matter or choose to donate the refund straight to the Juggernauts – Dragons Abreast Geelong. “Every container returned through CDS Vic is a small act with a large ripple effect. When someone chooses to donate their refund to a charity like Dragons Abreast Geelong, they’re not just helping the environment; they’re funding a local club that supports people through one of the toughest chapters of their lives,” said Tony Catania, TOMRA Cleanaway, CDS Vic West Zone network operator. For the Juggernauts, the scheme has become one of their most reliable and low-effort fundraising tools, helping cover everyday running costs and subsidise regatta fees. The expense of membership and other fees can put the opportunity to compete out of reach for some members. Next time you have eligible cans, bottles or cartons to return, select the Geelong Dragons Abreast as your donation

partner and your refunds will go straight to them. Take your containers to one of the 24 refund points across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. Find your nearest CDS Vic return point, visit: https:// tomracleanaway.com.au/victoria/locationfinder/ TOMRA Cleanaway delivers an agile service for container deposit networks that reflects best practices and gives back to the community via a domestic circular economy. To date in Victoria, TOMRA Cleanaway has been responsible for collecting and processing over 1.4 billion drink containers since the scheme commenced on 1 November 2023. Daily, TOMRA Cleanaway processes more than ten million drink containers nationally. Most aluminium, glass, plastic and liquid paperboard (carton) drink containers between 150mL and 3 litres are eligible. You can keep the lids on; we recycle them, too. Look for the 10c mark, often located near the barcode.

What’s new? Social media ban may not be that effective A study has found that teens used circumvention methods to get around the ban. Published in the British Medical Journal, the study surveyed participants between 12 and 17 years old before and three months after the law was introduced. It specifically looked at the participants’ use of TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat. Based on the information they gathered, more than 85 per cent of teens under 16 continued using those social media apps, despite two-thirds of them reporting that they had encountered age checks. Approximately 54 to 68 per cent of responders under 16 just kept on using their accounts. How, you ask? The most common age checks the Australian teens encountered was to self-declare their age, a method criticised by authorities in Australia as well as in other countries considering implementing the same law, due to its limited effectiveness. Among the responders, 24 to 39 per cent encountered self-declared age verification while 13 to 27 per cent got through checks by uploading a selfie.

Protecting your tech from lightning strikes Use surge protectors. You can buy power strips with internal overload protection that you can use for sensitive electronics like computers and entertainment systems. Plug major appliances directly into wall outlets. Extension cords can overheat, so best is to plug your fridge, stove, washers and dryers directly into wall outlets. Wholehome surge protection is an option. Installed into your home’s electric panel, these devices offer downstream protection for all your electronics. Look into lightning rods or a lightning protection system. If you live in a storm-prone area, you may need to take additional steps to redirect electrical energy safely into the ground.

+ TECHNOLOGY Why are people ditching wireless earbuds – and are wired headphones really making a comeback? You may be noticing something while out and about – people are wearing wired headphones again. After years of declining sales, wired headphones are back in a major way. Sales surged throughout the latter half of 2025 and this trend continues today. What’s going on? Why are people ditching Bluetooth headphones in favour of wires? Let’s take a look at the issues impacting wireless headphones and what factors may be playing into this shift. Wired headphones offer better sound for the money Modern wireless headphones and earbuds can sound absolutely fantastic but not everyone can afford the latest models. Many wired headphones offer similar sonic performance to high-end Bluetooth products but don’t cost $400 to $500. For instance, Sennheiser’s latest HD400U wired headphones cost $100 and handle 24-bit

audio at a sample rate of 96kHz. That’s the same metric as the wireless Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S3 which costs $450. Money is tight nowadays. Bluetooth isn't always more convenient Bluetooth headphones are often advertised as the easiest and simplest way to listen to music. There are no wires, so no headaches, right? However, that’s not exactly true in real life. Battery life can be a real sticking point for some, myself included. This is compounded by the audio source. Bluetooth drains a phone’s battery, which could also cut the music short. Wired headphones offer a solution to both of these battery issues. Batteries also decay and fail and most headphones aren’t designed for them to be user-replaceable. When the battery goes, the headphones tend to hit the trash heap.

What all of those Android status bar icons mean The small symbols at the top of your screen fall into roughly five main categories: network, battery, device status, sound and call. You’ll find these symbols in the status area on the right, while notifications from specific apps are grouped on the left. Wi-Fi – The wedge shape with curved lines indicates a connection to a Wi-Fi network. The more solid lines you see, the stronger the signal. If you spot an exclamation mark next to it, it means you are connected to the local network but have no internet access. If there’s an X beside it, you have no internet access at all. Cellular signal – If you see a series of vertical bars, those represent your cellular network strength. 5G, LTE, 4G or 3G – These will appear

next to your signal bars and indicate your current data speed. R next to the bars indicates your phone is ‘roaming’ and connected to a network outside your carrier’s coverage area, so extra charges may apply. Airplane mode – If you see an airplane icon, that means you’ve entered this mode where all wireless communications are turned off (cellular, WiFi and Bluetooth). Bluetooth – The sharp, B-like icon appears when Bluetooth is turned on and you can connect to a device. Two incomplete circles with a dot in the middle – Your phone is a Wi-Fi hotspot and other devices can connect to share your data. An N with a double middle dash – The NFC feature is on and you can use your phone for payments, for instance.

The CE mark These letters stand for the French words conformité européenne, which means ‘European conformity’ in English. Its presence means that the product in question has met health and safety standards that the members of the EU have agreed to. You might spy it on many of your electronics but the CE designation is actually a much broader requirement that can be applied to a wide array of products. Under the present regulations, CE 172 geelong + surf coast living spring 2026

is mandatory on common consumer goods like toys and on expensive purchases like recreational watercraft. Other more likely product segments where you might find a CE label include electronics, electrical equipment, gas-powered appliances and batteries.

Understanding skin Australian Skin Face Body says great skin doesn’t happen by accident

T

here has never been a greater choice of skincare products, cosmetic treatments or beauty advice. One social media post recommends a miracle serum while the next promises dramatic results from the latest facial or skin device. Yet despite spending hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars on skincare and treatments, many people still ask the same question – Why isn’t my skin improving? At Australian Skin Face Body the answer is often surprisingly simple. Great skin isn’t achieved by chasing trends or relying on a single ‘miracle’ treatment. It starts with understanding what is happening beneath the surface. Every skin concern has a different cause. Pigmentation develops differently to redness. Fine lines are not the same as skin laxity. Dry, dehydrated skin requires a different approach to acne, sun damage or uneven texture. Given these concerns occur within different layers of the skin, no single treatment or skincare product can address them all. This is where a personalised treatment plan becomes important. Every treatment plan begins with a comprehensive skin assessment. Rather than treating only what is visible on the surface, factors such as skin quality, pigmentation, vascular changes, collagen loss, lifestyle, age and previous treatments are all considered. This allows the dermal team to recommend a combination of treatments that is appropriate for the individual, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather than focusing on what treatment

is popular, Australian Skin Face Body focuses on why the concern exists in the first place. Once the underlying cause has been identified, treatments and skincare can be selected to work together, with each addressing a different aspect of skin health. For example, CO² CoolPeel is a resurfacing laser treatment designed to improve skin texture, pigmentation and signs of sun damage while minimising downtime. A carefully selected medical-grade peel may then be layered to further support cell turnover and enhance skin renewal by targeting the skin’s surface layers. For concerns such as skin laxity, Ultraformer MPT may be combined with a professional peel and LED therapy. Ultrasound energy is delivered to deeper structural layers of the skin to support collagen production and skin firmness over time while the peel targets surface texture and pigmentation. LED therapy completes the treatment by supporting the skin’s natural recovery process. Each of these treatment combinations is tailored and guided by clinical expertise rather than trends. Just as importantly, there are times when less is more. Not every concern requires multiple treatments and not every patient is suited to every procedure. Sometimes the most appropriate recommendation is to strengthen the skin barrier, simplify a skincare routine or delay treatment until the skin is in a healthier condition. Healthy skin is not achieved by doing more, it is achieved by doing what is appropriate. The same philosophy applies to skincare. Many people invest in products that promise dramatic improvements yet are

disappointed by the results. Often, the products simply aren’t appropriate for their skin concerns or they have been selected without understanding what the skin actually needs. Professional skincare differs from many retail products because it is recommended following a skin assessment and selected to complement professional treatments as part of an overall skin health strategy. Australian Skin Face Body recommends evidence-based skincare ranges, including RATIONALE and Dermaceutic, because they are chosen according to an individual’s skin concerns, skin condition and treatment goals. Rather than adding another product to an already crowded bathroom cabinet, the aim is to simplify skincare by recommending products that are appropriate and support long-term skin health. Some of the most effective medical-grade treatments work by stimulating the skin’s natural repair processes. Depending on the treatment, temporary redness, peeling or downtime may be expected as part of the normal healing response. Understanding what to expect helps patients make informed decisions and appreciate that achieving skin change takes time. Ultimately, healthy skin is rarely the result of a single appointment or a single product. It is the outcome of careful assessment, evidence-based treatment planning and consistency over time. At Australian Skin Face Body, every consultation begins with understanding the skin before recommending the treatment. Because the best treatment isn’t always the newest or the most popular, it’s the one that’s right for you.

Ten million reasons Roxie Bennett delights in the generous nature of our local community

Photograph by Monika Berry

T

here are nights that entertain us, nights that inspire us – and then there are those rare nights that have the power to change a community for generations to come. The 2026 Barwon Health Foundation Gala Ball was all three. At the start of July more than 1000 people donned their finery to walk the red carpet at our spectacular new Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre for a night that showcased the very best of our region, our generosity, our ambition and our unwavering commitment to looking after one another. The first Gala Ball to be held at Nyaal Banyul, it was always going to be a special occasion. But I’m not sure any of us could have imagined just how extraordinary the night would become. Together, our community raised an incredible $10,059,014 for the Barwon Women’s and Children’s Appeal. Even now that figure is hard to comprehend. More than $10 million raised, through the generosity of individuals, families, businesses, trusts and foundations who share a belief that women, babies and children across our region deserve access to the very best care – close to home. As a Director of the Barwon Health Foundation I felt incredibly proud to be in that room and admit to tears forming when this unbelievable figure was announced. Of course the evening itself was magnificent. The room was beautiful, the entertainment exceptional and the atmosphere electric. But the real magic came from the shared sense of purpose in

the room. More than 1000 people, each with their own connection to our health service and our region, came together knowing we could help create something truly transformational. The new Geelong Women’s and Children’s Hospital represents the largest investment in health infrastructure our region has ever seen. It will provide expanded maternity, neonatal, paediatric and women’s health services for our growing community, helping more local families receive the care they need without having to travel to Melbourne. State Government investment will build this vital new hospital but philanthropy gives us the opportunity to make it truly exceptional. Fundraising through the Barwon Women’s and Children’s Appeal will help enhance the hospital’s facilities, equipment, services and care. It will support the

environments and innovations that can make an enormous difference to a frightened child, a vulnerable newborn, a woman facing a health crisis or a family navigating one of the most challenging moments of their lives. That is why the success of the Gala Ball matters so deeply. Behind every donation is a future patient. A mother, sister, daughter, friend or child whose experience will be safer, more comfortable and more hopeful because our community chose to invest in them. The Gala Ball demonstrated what Geelong does so beautifully. We dream big, we rally around the things that matter and when the moment calls for it, we show up. What a privilege it was to be in that room – and what a privilege it is to serve a community with such an enormous heart. Donations can be made at www.barwonhealthfoundation.org.au

Debunking myths Leaving someone out of your Will? WJM Lawyers offers advice

F

amily relationships are not always harmonious and not every family remains close throughout life. Disagreements over parenting styles, choice of partner, divorces or old hurts can lead to years of separation and is more common than most people realise. In some cases, after careful reflection, a person may decide not to leave part of their estate to someone who is no longer involved in their life. If you are making your Will and thinking about leaving someone out, it is important to know that your Will is not always the final word. In Victoria, certain people may be able to make a family provision claim if they believe they have not been properly provided for. That does not mean you cannot make your own choices. It does mean, however, that good planning, clear reasons and proper legal advice matter. We dispel four common myths around challenging a Will, to help you better prepare for the future. Myth 1 ‘If I leave them $1, they cannot challenge my Will.’ Leaving someone a token amount, such as $1, does not stop them from making a claim. In fact, it can even have the opposite effect of inflaming the situation, making a dispute more likely. If a person is eligible to make a claim – and you have a moral duty to provide for them and the amount you left to them is not adequate for their proper maintenance and support – they may be able to apply to the court for further provision from your estate.

WE’RE COMMITTED TO ACHIEVING EXCEPTIONAL OUTCOMES IN THE DELIVERY OF LEGAL SERVICES

Leaving them $1 or a similar token amount will not stop them from challenging your Will. Myth 2 ‘A challenge can be made at any time after I die.’ Victoria has some of the strictest timeframes in Australia regarding challenging a Will. A potential claimant has six months from the date probate or letters of administration is granted to make a claim. Late claims may be allowed in limited cases but should not be assumed. Myth 3 ‘It is my money, so I can leave everything to a charity and my family must accept it.’ In Australia you have the freedom to choose who receives your estate, including charities, friends and neighbours. However, the law recognises that where an eligible person has been left with little or nothing and has genuine financial need, it may be appropriate for further provision from the estate to be made to them.

Myth 4 ‘If we have not spoken for years, they cannot challenge my Will.’ The length of time that you have been estranged from someone is no barrier to making a claim, however the court does take this into account when determining what further provision is appropriate. So, what can you do? Deciding to omit a person from your Will can be an emotional decision and is only made more difficult by the many misconceptions out there. Do not rely on myths. A lawyer can help you understand who may be able to claim and how to record your reasons. They can also reduce the risk of confusion, conflict and costly disputes after you are gone. If you would like guidance, reach out to our Wills and Estates lawyers for thoughtful, comprehensive and personalised advice to ensure your wishes are honoured.

+ DEALING WITH LOSS

It’s more than a venue Funerals today can be held in almost any setting – if it’s legal, it’s possible.

A

funeral service, whether described as a farewell, memorial service or celebration of life, creates a sacred moment in time. It’s a chance for people to gather, grieve, reflect and honour a life lived. These gatherings can unfold indoors or outdoors, in public or private spaces, in religious buildings or in venues purposebuilt for funerals.

music and presence of clergy can offer comfort and continuity, especially for those who have been part of a faith community. Religious services often follow established rites or liturgies, creating a sense of structure and reverence that many families find grounding during grief. Nature-based gatherings Increasingly, families are turning to gardens and outdoor spaces for their natural beauty

The meaning behind the venue Choosing a venue is one of the most personal decisions a family makes. It’s an opportunity to reflect the individuality, passions and story of the person being remembered. Traditional spaces Funeral homes and chapels remain a familiar choice, offering comfort, privacy and practical support at a difficult time. These venues often include seating, audiovisual facilities, catering options, viewing rooms and parking. Chapels are intentionally designed to feel peaceful and reflective, whether the service is religious or not. A coffin may be present or absent – both are equally valid choices. Religious ceremonies in churches For families who are religious, churches continue to play an important role in funeral rituals. A church funeral provides a setting rich with symbolism, tradition and spiritual meaning. The familiar architecture, sacred

and calming atmosphere. Surrounded by trees, flowers and open air, these services tend to feel heartfelt and less formal. Weather can be unpredictable but many find that nature adds meaning regardless of the conditions. Coastal farewells Beachside funerals offer a serene backdrop of waves, sky and sea breeze. For someone who loved the ocean, surfing, fishing or seaside holidays, a coastal service can

feel deeply symbolic. In cooler climates, a surf club with ocean views can provide a comfortable compromise. Personal and unconventional venues Some families choose locations that reflect a loved one’s hobbies, work or personality. A garage workshop or family farm may honour someone who spent their days restoring cars or working with machinery. A sports stadium or club room can be fitting for someone devoted to a particular team or game. These spaces help mourners connect with the person’s passions, offering another meaningful anchor for grief and remembrance. Hotels and function rooms Elegant hotel function rooms are also becoming popular, especially those with beautiful views or landscaped surroundings. Hotels offer licensed catering, flexible layouts and comfortable spaces suited to both formal memorials and relaxed celebrations of life. While many hotels do not allow a coffin, each venue has its own guidelines. Ultimately, there is no single ‘right’ place to hold a funeral. The most meaningful venue is one that reflects the individuality of the person being honoured and provides comfort for those who gather. Whether traditional, scenic or completely unexpected, modern funerals increasingly focus on celebrating a unique life in a place that feels truly special.

Spring doesn’t build health... It reveals it, as Andrew Bews explains

S

pring has finally arrived. The sun is making more regular appearances, the mornings don’t seem quite so cold and suddenly everyone is talking about getting back into shape for summer. It’s amazing how often I hear the same thing this time of year. “I really need to get myself moving again.” The truth is, spring doesn’t create our health. It reveals it. Our energy, our fitness, our strength and even our resilience are usually the result of the habits we’ve built over the previous few months – not the next few weeks. Over winter many of us negotiate with ourselves. “It’s too cold.” “I’ll start when the weather improves.” “One week won’t make much difference.” Those conversations feel harmless at the time – until spring arrives. The reality is our body has been quietly keeping score all along. After more than 25 years of coaching, I’ve come to appreciate one simple truth – our bodies don’t respond to our intentions – they respond to our habits. Regular exercise isn’t about finding a miracle cure or a quick fix. It’s about building a healthier, more resilient body over time. Whether it’s a brisk walk, a bike ride, swimming, working in the garden or simply playing with the kids – they all count. Health isn’t built through one massive effort. It’s built through hundreds of ordinary decisions repeated consistently. People often tell me they’re waiting

178 geelong + surf coast living spring 2026

until they feel motivated. Personally, I think motivation gets far too much credit. Habits are far more reliable. Schedule your exercise like any important appointment. Move even when you don’t feel like it. If you miss a day, don’t wait until next Monday – simply begin again tomorrow. By the time next spring arrives you’ll either be grateful for the habits you built – or wishing you had started today. After all, your body has an incredible memory. It reflects what you repeatedly do – not what you occasionally promise yourself. Andrew Bews is the Founder of Physical Edge Performance (PE Performance)

Andrew’s Spring Challenge Forget trying to transform your life in one month. Commit to 30 days of consistency. Move for at least 30 minutes every day. Complete two strength sessions each week. Drink more water than you did during winter. Add an extra serve of protein to your day. Spend at least 10 minutes outdoors whenever you can. Don't aim for perfection. Aim for consistency. Small actions, repeated often, create extraordinary results.
