Annapolis (MD) Alumni Chapter By: Ronald Stokes The Brothers of the Annapolis (MD) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc., in partnership with the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, completed a Sexual Health for Teens program with its Guide Right/Kappa Leaguers during the months of May and June. The program consisted of 12modules focused on the reproductive anatomy, peer pressure, risk of unprotected sex, and benefits of abstinence. The young men received certificates of completion from the Department of Health, a sponsored lunch, and gift cards for their participation. In addition, they received a breadth of knowledge and to help them reduce the risk of pregnancy, HIV, and other STDs. Guide Right, Done Right!

Danville (VA) Alumni Chapter

The Danville (VA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Chapter participated in several Guide Right initiatives during the summer. We wanted to share a few of those 1 1 Donation to Danville Public School System: It was truly an honor and a privilege to partner with ToteBoys Bin Store and initiatives below: help out the youth in Danville Public Schools by donating a pallet of notebooks, folders, and school supplies to be distributed to youth in need. partnered with Shining Diamonds Youth Services to assist the Sophisticated Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. with their annual cleaning community service project. The young gentlemen displayed extravagant manners and hard work. According to Polemarch Martin, "The journey of 1000 miles of mentorship begins with a single step.

College Tour: goal with our 3 3 The Danville participants Alumni Kappa League has one and that's to inspire them to become greater men. The chapter took a trip to North

Carolina A & T State University for a college tour. This was a huge undertaking for the chapter and did not happen alone.

As such, the chapter would like to thank all of the sponsors and partners who helped to make the trip a success. The partners are as follows: Shining Diamonds Mentoring

2021 Guide Right Awards

The A/F Guide Right encompasses many of our youth-oriented programs such as, but not limited to, the aviation program, AF NSBE Jr Chapter, Kappa League and Lego Robotics. Guide Right is a program of the educational and occupational guidance of youth, primarily inspirational and informative in character. The purposes of the Guide Right Service Program are to place the training experience and friendly interest of successful men at the disposal of youth needing inspiration and counsel regarding their choice of a life’s career, and to elevate the interest of the entire community in the problems of youth as they seek to realize lives of usefulness.

Thank you to all the brothers who helped participate and assist in the A/F Guide Right program achieve the level of success it has over the past few years. It truly does mean a lot when we hold true to our word of in assisting the youth becoming young men.
