SELLER TESTIMONIALS

“My family and I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Lee to purchase our dream home and sell our current home. Jennifer made the entire process easy by taking the time to thoroughly explain things and answer our questions. No matter what the issue was, Jennifer had a solution! Jennifer Lee is “your realtor with the heart of a teacher”...we are forever blessed and grateful for the opportunity to work with her. Best realtor EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“We used Jennifer for the purchase and sale of our 6th home. Her level of service and communication is unsurpassed. If we had a question or concern, it was addressed within an hour or less, which was a sharp contrast to the realtors that we had dealt with in the past. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure that not only everything was attended to contract and negotiation wise, but even came to our home an hour before the photography for the sale of our home to help stage, and make sure everything was perfect! Jennifer’s level of professionalism, kindness, and care is unlike anything that we had ever experienced before. We trust Jennifer implicitly to handle everything that is involved with selling/buying a home. She is not only a fierce negotiator, but is kind, sweet, and accommodating. We highly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing or selling their home. We have never experienced the level of service that we encountered with having Jennifer as a realtor. She is THE best, and an absolute joy to work with. I forgot to mention that our home was sold, for the asking price, the day after Jennifer listed it.”

"To put it simply, Jennifer is amazing! I had the task of selling my mother’s house after her passing. When we met Jennifer the first time, she had already researched the property and neighborhood. Her suggestions and input on what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell were spot on. In addition to her drive, research, attention to detail and thoroughness, she is always upbeat and really wants the best for her clients. Her compassion for people is inspiring. I never lived in this house of Moms that I was selling and was a bit surprised at how emotional it was for me. Jennifer also checked in with me on a personal level to see how I was doing with all this. We’ve bought and sold a few houses over the years, and even with the additional emotions on this one, Jennifer was the best agent, and this was the best closing I’ve experienced.”

“Jennifer Lee is the consummate professional. She keeps up with every detail, explains everything, and helps you make the best decision. And she genuinely cares about her clients and their desires and needs.”
