Triage Nurse creates MS Teams/ Collaborate invite and sends it to care home headset, and Nurse who will undertake clinical review- informs of time that virtual review is scheduled

Headset supported virtual review : Residential Care and Integrated Care Teams 25/3/25

Designated Nurse Calls Carer using headset via MS Teams/Collaborate call

Virtual review of care home resident, with carer via video link to headset. Documented on S1 Virtual template Resident
