Atradius is a provider of credit insurance and debt collection services worldwide. Atradius’s core credit insurance business is a critical part of the global trade infrastructure, enabling transactions between organizations of all sizes and across all industries.

To provide its customers with a frictionless service experience, Atradius needed a solution that could speed up and improve the quality of the insurer’s decisioning and pricing activities and began the search for technology that supported quick and easy deployment of complex pricing models and analytics.

Atradius recognized that Provenir’s model-agnostic import capability would allow them to quickly deploy highly complex models into automated decisioning processes. In addition, Provenir’s visual configuration tools would simplify maintenance and enable the team to quickly assess how the models and processes are working.

The Provenir Decisioning Cloud will be used to deploy Atradius’s models, enabling their pricing and data science teams to adopt a more agile and flexible approach. Atradius also values Provenir’s integration adaptors, as they have empowered the company to quickly connect to its internal databases.

The company will also streamline the calculation of both the technical and market prices for all credit insurance policies, with Atradius aiming to use Provenir to automate 80 percent of all policies underwritten.
