PURPOSE
This onboarding program is designed to accelerate ramp time for new Enterprise Business Development Representatives by providing a structured learning path, clear performance expectations, cross-functional exposure, and measurable milestones. By the end of 90 days, BDRs will be equipped to independently generate qualified enterprise pipeline, effectively represent Provenir’s value proposition, and become trusted partners to Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Leadership.
