ProtocolToday® The Hague, Kingdom of the Netherlands, is an organization with expertise in international protocol, diplomacy, interpersonal skills, business etiquette, and international cultural intelligence. It offers customized training programs based on solutions for the public and private sectors.

ProtocolToday advises, trains, informs and connects (young) entrepreneurs, executives and diplomats to empower them by developing a global mindset and hard and soft diplomatic skills. ABOUT THE TEAM Adriana FLORES, MA Executive Director | The Netherlands Adriana is the founder of ProtocolToday and an expert consultant on Protocol and Diplomacy.

She holds a Master's Degree of Arts in Protocol and Diplomatic Soft Skills and a postgraduate degree in Protocol and Ceremonial from the International School of Protocol and Diplomacy in Belgium.

Adriana has worked for Ambassadors, diplomats and distinguished companies in the Netherlands and abroad; she also worked at the VIPCentrum at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, where she received national and international delegations, including members of royal families, diplomatic corps, celebrities, political and religious leaders.

Adriana has received the 2021 Ibero-American Medal awarded by Fundación Honoris Causa Internacional (FHCI), a badge awarded based on her career and professional success, which has been the result of a history of effort and excellence with her company ProtocolToday.

Prof. Dr. Dewanand MAHADEW Project Manager | The Netherlands Dewanand is an international expert with experience in business development in more than 60 countries. He is Managing Director of New Economy Strategies, Dean of the International Business Development Academy and Professor of International Business and Strategic Management at the UBIS University of Geneva.

He has Master's Degrees in Process Engineering, Industrial Management, Marketing, and Business Management and a DBA in Strategic Management.

He is a speaker at different conferences worldwide and is a visiting professor at various universities. His specializations include concept development, business model engineering, innovation strategies, entrepreneurship, value propositions, and strategic alliances.
