Warranty Information

​Protocol⁴ One-Year Limited Manufacturer​ ​Warranty Policy​ ​ rotocol⁴ Health (“Protocol⁴ ”) warrants that eligible devices and machines sold by Protocol⁴​ P ​are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period​ ​of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), unless otherwise​ ​specified in writing at the time of sale. This Limited Manufacturer Warranty applies only to the​ ​original purchaser and is non-transferable.​

Warranty Coverage​ ​During the applicable Warranty Period, Protocol⁴ will, at its sole discretion:​ ​●​ ​Repair the defective product,​ ​●​ ​Replace the defective product or defective component, or​ ​●​ ​Provide a substantially equivalent replacement unit, if Protocol⁴ determines that the​ ​issue is covered under this warranty.​ ​Replacement parts or replacement units may be new or refurbished and are warranted only​ ​for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.​

Warranty Exclusions​ ​This warranty does not cover defects, failures, or damage resulting from:​ ​●​ ​Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation​ ​●​ ​Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations​ ​●​ ​Failure to follow operating instructions, maintenance procedures, or safety guidelines​ ​●​ ​Accidents, drops, spills, fire, flooding, or other external causes​ ​●​ ​Improper electrical supply, power surges, or environmental conditions​ ​●​ ​Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality​ ​●​ ​Normal wear and tear or consumable components​ ​●​ ​Use outside of intended wellness applications​ ​Protocol⁴ reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a defect or issue is​ ​covered under this warranty.​

​4. Inspection & Service Process​ ​ rotocol⁴ may require the product to be inspected, returned, or evaluated before approving​ P ​warranty service. Customers may be responsible for shipping, handling, insurance, packaging,​ ​installation, or labor costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. Products returned​ ​without prior authorization may be refused.​

​5. Limitation of Liability​ ​ o the fullest extent permitted by law, Protocol⁴ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,​ T ​consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss​ ​of business, downtime, loss of use, or replacement costs arising from the use or inability to​ ​use the product. Protocol⁴ ’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original​ ​purchase price of the applicable product.​

​6. Disclaimer of Other Warranties​ ​ xcept as expressly stated herein, Protocol⁴ disclaims all other warranties, whether express or​ E ​implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,​ ​or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.​

​7. Governing Terms​ ​ his Limited Manufacturer Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty provided by​ T ​Protocol⁴ for covered products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous​ ​communications relating to warranty coverage. Protocol⁴ reserves the right to update or​ ​modify this Warranty Policy from time to time; however, the version in effect on the original​ ​purchase date shall govern the applicable warranty claim unless otherwise required by law.​
