QUESTIONS andAnswers Q1. What do I need to start your services?

Once your invoice is paid, and your project start date is secured; you will be emailed a questionnaire to fill out about your brand and the marketing materials you selected. You will need to submit the questionnaire, your brand logo, and brand colors for the project to start.

Q2. What is the project turnaround time?

The project turnaround time varies on the specific design services and/or package you select. Once you secure your project start date, you will be emailed a timeline of your projects progress from beginning to finish.

Q3. Can I customize my own package?

Yes of course you can! If the bundle package do not suit your marketing needs, you can select individual design services and individual print services to customize your own package. You can also match a "DESIGN ONLY" package with any of the print services offered.

Q4. Do these services include printing and shipping?

SOME PACKAGES include printing and shipping services and some do not. Printing and shipping services can include additional fees and a price quote SEPERATE to the design services listed above if applicable.

PROJECT Process 01

Select your design services or package option Email us back once you have reviewed our price list and confirm which package or design services you would like to bundle together. We will follow up with an invoice/ conract of terms for your project.

Project deposit and start date Once we confirm your design services, you can pay your deposit fee, lock in your project start date, and schedule your brand strategy call.

Brand strategy

Once your project start date is confirmed, you must submit the required questionnaires to provide detailed information on your brand, We will schedule 1 brand design strategy session to discuss the details of your project.

Design phase

During the design phase, we will send out sample drafts and designs for approval. Depending on the size of your package design turnaround time can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. (This does not include any shipping delays on printed materials.)

Printing phase Once your project files are approved for print, we will move into the print phase of your design project. Depending on your project, and printed shipping materials ordered, shipping can take anywhere from 3-business days- 4 weeks.
