Working with the latest technology in our dedicated quality assurance room, our team ensure that every single part meets our impeccable standards of accuracy and security.

For larger products, we pass the baton to our Metal Fabrication department, who use cuttingedge techniques including laser cutting, metal folding and specialist welding to guarantee the highest level of production.

This all takes place under one roof, making communication simple and assembly seamless.

Fittingly enough, it’s our Finishing Team who get the product over the line. Whether it’s powder coating, acid etching or a trip through one of our semiautomatic spray booths, we offer you more high-quality finishes than a World Cup final.

Transporting asbestos and hazardous waste is a tricky job and one that requires the right equipment – right down to the lining of your van. Our specially designed, carefully crafted fibreglass linings will stand up to being hosed down as often as you need.

Designed to keep your internal paintwork as good as new, our standard ply kits include 5.5mm sides and door cards, 9mm floor and wheel arch covers, and a brown silicone and metal trim finish.

For those in the medical and catering business, an easy-toclean lining is crucial. Our light, plastic linings are designed specifically to give you that convenience as well as a lighter load on the road.

And if you need something more substantial, we can work out a bespoke solution just for you. From doubling up on side panels to thicker floors coverings, all you need to do is ask.

For the flooring and wheel boxes, you have the choice of plastic or 12mm plywood with a phenolic rubber coating.

Available in 2, 3 or 4 bar combinations with load stops included as standard, these alloyed steel bars are lightweight and aerodynamically engineered to reduce wind noise and fuel consumption to a minimum.

There are times when you need your engine off, but the heating on. That’s when a compact diesel heater comes into its own.
