David leads the role of overseeing the operational control of active construction projects. His collaboration in the projects is a daily occurrence as he strives with his teams to provide successful projects delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding the client’s expectations.

Ron leads the pre-construction and estimating team, specializing in business development. With experience in both the general contracting and development roles, Ron is able to help identify and prioritize the goals of the development and guide design decisions to meet both program and budget objectives.

Job Title

Sandy is responsibility for the overall project estimate while providing leadership, training, and mentoring for their team. He works with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors/ suppliers to plan cost factors for building projects; analyzes construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects. Sandy prepares estimates with the proper level of detail for all design stages.
