Hydraulic power units
Proserv designs and manufactures custom built injection systems for most process applications. Our mobile, permanent compact chemical injection systems reduce the formation of scale, foaming and corrosion and enhance production.
Our extensive range of hydraulic power units is designed to provide a safe and reliable hydraulic supply to a wide range of end-user equipment operating in hazardous environments. Our custom designs are built to meet exact client requirements and specifications.

Our custom made systems monitor oil and gas production wells and increase safety parameters. With pneumatic, hydraulic or electronic logic, our systems are suitable for remote, hostile areas.
We manufacture various types of emergency shutdown systems designed for well completions / well testing applications. Our systems are fully manufactured from SS316 stainless steel for use in harsh working environments.
Completion control systems Our intelligent and fit for purpose systems collect and monitor downhole data and remotely control reservoir efficiency. Integrated with downhole real-time well monitoring technology, our systems allow continual production optimisation.
Sampling equipment and solutions Proserv provides sampling equipment, systems and bespoke solutions throughout the life of the reservoir from evaluation, appraisal to decommissioning. Proserv’s transfer equipment ensure that sample quality is not compromised.

Preventative condition monitoring, expert maintenance, rapid response repair work and replacement part deliveries are key factors in achieving maximum asset reliability and cost effective performance year after year. Rather than discard all the old technology and equipment, not all of which necessarily needs changing, a more cost-effective solution is to work with your current infrastructure, selectively removing and replacing the components of systems where change is required. ACCUMULATOR SERVICE AND REPAIR Although accumulators are robust in design, if not serviced they may leak, affecting hydraulic system performance. Accumulator failure can have a catastrophic effect, depending on their placement within the safety system. Accumulators, being pressure vessels, require routine maintenance to safeguard their integrity.

We partner with OEMs to provide servicing, maintenance, recertification and spare parts for both piston and bladder accumulators.

Its robust design allows the bladder to compress and deform into three lobes in order for the accumulator to store and then to deliver the fluid under pressure, as required.
Accumulator types Piston accumulators are hydraulic accumulators, charged with nitrogen, for use in hydraulic systems. The piston acts as the gas-proof screen. Hydraulic accumulators are exclusively designed to store and then discharge fluid under pressure. Bladder accumulators are hydraulic accumulators with a nitrogen field bladder for use in hydraulic systems. Hydraulic accumulators are specifically
Accumulator Servicing Proserv offers complete inspection of both internal and external accumulators. We conduct a complete analysis the accumulators, identifying and replacing any damaged parts with new parts as per the pressure system safety regulation (PSSR). Our technicians will then test the accumulator after the service, maintaining the accumulator log as per PSSR.
Accumulator Recertification We offer external examination and inspection as per British Standard En 1968:2002. Our recertification technicians will prepare the report based on findings of the applicable examination and test, specifying the date of next examination. Accumulator Maintenance Proserv has developed a full schedule of maintenance for pressure systems containing accumulators. We offer maintenance check points with regular interval pre-charge pressure checking in order to avoid operation failure. If accumulator pre-charge is low, we will charge the accumulator to the proper pre-charge pressure with nitrogen and update the accumulator maintenance log with the next inspection date.
