There may be no Halloween this year and if there is, it will be quite different. If you think about it, this is pretty strange because now we are all encouraged and even legally pressed to wear a mask. Halloween should be easy, right?

Even in the most celebratory cities, changes are afoot. In Salem, Massachusetts, once known for its 17th century witch hysteria, the city of 43,000 celebrates its macabre history on Halloween, when citizens and tourists roam the streets for the whole month of October, reveling in costumes and treats.
