Connection Theory and Practice

Towards the end of the Introductory Stage, the participants are allocated in different schools within the Universidade Four, where their initiatives for transformation are aligned with their individual purpose in life.

Once completing the Introductory Stage, participants had classes and training with great references, on different subjects of national relevance, which helped them understand the general picture of Brazilian society and a great panorama about the problems of Brazil.

Now is the time to start transforming all the learnt content into applied knowledge, and create initiatives and projects that can contribute to the development of Brazil, both in the public and entrepreneurial spheres. The transition to the Specialization Stage begins.

Halfway through the program, the ProLíder Case Challenge,

a competition to solve complex problems of partner companies, begins. In the Challenge, participants will be divided into groups and will be assigned to help different organizations. Participants who have chosen to follow the entrepreneurial path will solve cases from private companies; those interested in politics, from public companies.

Each group will be responsible for solving a complex problem presented by the organization to which they have been assigned. The results of each team will be evaluated by a panel composed of members of the partner organizations, and the best ones will be awarded.

This is the first opportunity the participant will have to put into practice the leadership and management knowledge acquired throughout the program. In practice, they will learn what day-to-day life is like in a complex organization and how to overcome the challenges that arise in projects that generate impact.

The Case Challenge ends with a presentation from all the groups and, once they are all presented, the ProLíder’s Introductory Stage ends. Following this, all participants are allocated into one of the two schools at ProLíder: the

Escola Four de Empreende-

dorismo and the Escola de Líderes Públicos. Thus begin-

ning the program's Specialization Stage, in which participants have access to content on how to make a real impact, in the manner they wish, on people's lives.
