OUR STORY Founded in 2009 by sisters Brandi Pinsker and Stephanie Trammell, Project Genius designs puzzles and games that are as elegant as they are clever.

A NOTE FROM THE CEO At Project Genius, our mission has always been to create smart, beautiful puzzles. But, as we grew, that mission expanded to something deeply personal: providing job training for adults with autism. My son, Eli, is 21 years old and will soon leave the structure of public school. He faces the daunting reality that 85% of adults with autism are unemployed. This inspired us to create a job training program that not only teaches hard skills but also the soft skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
