Taking the remote path with HP OpenView When Progressive Infotech was expanding its operations in the managed services space, it felt the need to introduce advanced technology into its processes. It set up a high-tech Remote Infrastructure Management Center (RIMC) at its facility in NOIDA (suburban Delhi). The objective was to provide customers with robust, integrated, and high-quality 24x7 predictive managed infrastructure services at a global level.
