When? Snapshot collects driving activity while the customer’s vehicle is in motion. Specifically, Snapshot monitors:
• With the Snapshot mobile app, customers receive continuous, up-to-date driving results.
• Trip regularity (driving at the same time of day for the same duration) • High-risk driving times (between midnight and 4:00 a.m. on weekends)

Advise your customers to download the app or plug in the device within 45 days to keep their Participation Discount.
Once sign-up is complete, Snapshot will detect the start of a trip. Customers can simply drive as usual!
