At the project’s conclusion, Waterford Place grew from an independent living facility to a full-service continuing care community with assisted living and rehabilitation center. These new services allow residents to age in place regardless of the level of care they may need.
• Create an environment that is resident-centered, welcoming and restful while building confidence as a destination of rehabilitation care. • Create a state-of-the-art environment that is supportive, rewarding and comfortable to allow staff to focus on the needs of patients and families. • Create an exciting environment that demonstrates a commitment to the continuity of care and to increase patient satisfaction/ attraction while serving as a tool for staff recruitment and retention. • Create an environment that is efficient, flexible, and technologically seamless, which will allow the staff to live current and future culture and process methodology.
