The purpose of the conference is to empower men to reach their God-given potential in every realm of life, becoming the husbands, fathers, leaders, citizens and role models God created them to be.

Chris is an internationally known sports analyst and commentator for the FOX Sports 1 television network and FOX Sports Radio. He has shared the screen with some of the NBA’s legendary figures, including Magic Johnson, with whom he co-starred on ESPN's “NBA Countdown Show” in 2012. Today, he serves as the daily Co-Host of “First Things First” on FS1, and can also be seen regularly on FS1’s “Undisputed,’’ “The Herd,’’ and “Lock It In.” He also serves as co-host, along with Rob Parker, of one of the country's most popular daily national radio shows, "The Odd Couple." Before joining FOX Sports in the Fall of 2016, Chris worked for 12 years as an NBA analyst and reporter at ESPN, ESPN The Magazine, and ESPN.com. Chris’ achievements led to his being named one of the 100 Black History Makers of 2012 by Thegrio.com, the African-American news arm of MSNBC. Chris wrote for The New York Times from 1998-2004 and graduated from Oberlin College with a Bachelor’s Degree in English in 1990.
Chris is the Founder and President of a national Christian men's organization called The K.I.N.G. Movement. K.I.N.G. stands for Knowledge, Inspiration and Nurture through God, and seeks to help boys and men reach their God-given potential in every realm of life. He has also been a spokesperson for Allan Houston’s “Father Knows Best” program and is currently a Board member of Athletes in Action. Chris is a frequent speaker at colleges, high schools, charitable fundraisers, youth-related events, and churches, having addressed congregations as varied as Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal, Charismatic, Catholic and Congregational. He has also taught seminars on the Biblical heritage of African people.
Happily married for more than 25 years, Chris has twin daughters and lives with his wife Dr. Crystal Broussard in New Jersey.

Lou Holder, an Emmy award-winning sports personality, notable public speaker and teacher, created HolderSports, a sports media consultancy, which provides “difference-making” communications services such as: On-Air Talent, Motivational Speaking, Emceeing, Media Coaching, Broadcast Instruction, Public Relations and Image Consulting Mr Holder also serves as a Professor teaching a variety of communications and mass media classes on the scholastic and collegiate levels.
Mr. Holder has a very successful and extensive career as a sports anchor, reporter, and talk show host/ contributor who has worked with many notable television and radio venues: NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, Comcast SportsNet (CSN), Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN), CW Television Network, CBS Radio, and ESPN Radio.
Mr. Holder won his first Emmy for Outstanding Sports Reporting in 2003. Dr. Eric Mason has been graced by God to preach and teach at churches and conferences in the US and abroad. He is the recipient of multiple earned degrees, including a BS in Psychology from Bowie State University, a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctoral degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary
Dr. Eric Mason is the founder and lead pastor of Epiphany Fellowship Church in Philadelphia, PA. He is married to Yvette and has three sons - Immanuel, Nehemiah, and Ephraim - and one living daughter - Amalyah. Dr. Mason has been graced by God to preach and teach at churches and conferences in the US and abroad. He is the recipient of multiple earned degrees, including a BS in Psychology from Bowie State University, a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctoral degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is the founder and President of Thriving, an urban resource organization committed to developing leaders for ministry in the urban context.
Dr. Mason has written several books, including Manhood Restored, Woke Church, Beat God to the Punch, Unleashed, Urban Apologetics, and Nehemiah For You. After over two decades of gospel ministry, Dr. Mason is known for his unquenchable passion for seeing the glory of Jesus Christ.

Master Teague III is a former Ohio State Buckeyes football running back, author, and speaker whose life is grounded in his faith in Christ. A native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, he played in 31 games for Ohio State from 2018–2021, helping the program win three Big Ten championships and reach two College Football Playoff appearances. He graduated in 2021 with a communications degree from Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture. Teague also serves in youth ministry at The Church Next Door. In 2023, he authored The Power of Community at The Ohio State University, addressing the importance of godly community for college students. He is also the founder of The Master Apparel, a Christian clothing brand supporting families and children in need through charitable giving.
Kamryn Babb is a former Ohio State Buckeyes . A four-star recruit from St. Louis, Missouri, Babb joined Ohio State in 2018 but faced significant adversity after suffering multiple ACL injuries that limited his playing career.
Off the field, Babb earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in kinesiology from Ohio State University, while being named a four-time Scholar-Athlete and Academic All–Big Ten honoree.
Rooted in his Christian faith, Babb now works in athlete development and philanthropy and speaks to students and young men about resilience, leadership, and purpose. He also partners in faith-based ministry and speaking engagements with Master Teague III.
Dr. Myron Rolle is a former NFL safety, a Rhodes Scholar, and a neuroscience resident at Massachusetts General Hospital. A rare combination of experience in the fields of education, sports and medicine, Dr. Rolle's career has taken him from the football field to the front lines, as he currently works and volunteers to aid the hospital in the fight against the COVID-19 global pandemic.
Dr. Rolle was drafted by the Titans in 2010 where he played for three seasons. After his playing career, Dr. Rolle enrolled at Florida State University College of Medicine and Harvard Medical School. Now in his fourth year of Harvard's residence program, Dr. Rolle credits his dedication, determination, preparedness, and adaptability forged on the football field for having primed him to successfully transition to a career in medicine.
The Myron L. Rolle Foundation nonprofit was founded in 2009, dedicated to the support of global health, wellness, educational, and other charitable initiatives benefiting children and families in need Dr Rolle also serves on the Knight Commission on Athletics and the Clinton Global Initiative. Dr. Rolle is a co-creator of the Emerging Scholars Project for underrepresented college students applying for a Rhodes Scholarship.

Mark Robison serves as Chairman and fifth President of Brotherhood Mutual, the nation’s leading insurer and provider of risk management services for Christian ministries. Brotherhood Mutual partners with more than 70,000 churches, schools, camps, colleges, and parachurch organizations across the country
Robison holds a degree in accounting from Manchester College and earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1989 from the Indiana State Board of Public Accountancy. Born in California and raised in North Manchester, Indiana, Mark is the fifth of eight children. He has been married to his wife, Ingrid, for 37 years. Together, they have five children and three grandchildren. Mark Robison is passionate about Christ-centered leadership in family, business, and community.
Pastor James Roberson III grew up in Westchester County, outside of New York City. James’ father worked for IBM before becoming a pastor and James’ mother worked as a Social Studies teacher. In college, James played football for James Madison University, while majoring in speech communications and minoring in theater. James got his start in college ministry over 20 years ago at James Madison University and continued to serve the Lord at Howard University and the University of North Texas.
James remains diligently focused on social justice issues and has developed programs on youth empowerment, AIDS, substance abuse and domestic violence. In 2011, James graduated from Southeastern Seminary, while simultaneously pastoring a church in Raleigh, North Carolina.
James has since helped plant churches in Maryland, Georgia and New York. His family moved to Brooklyn in 2013 to start Bridge Church. James and his wife Natarsha were married in 2003. In his spare time, James loves watching sports and going to the gym. James and Natarsha live in Brooklyn with their three daughters: Faith, Leah, and Sophia
Dr. Keith Wilks is the Founder and Apostolic Overseer of Community Transformation Church, a fellowship with congregations based in New Jersey and Kenya. He also serves as Executive Director of The Transformation Family, Inc., an organization committed to addressing child hunger in underserved communities in Nairobi, Kenya.
In addition, Dr. Wilks serves as Spiritual Advisor to The K.I.N.G. Movement, a national fellowship focused on strengthening men in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Dr. Wilks holds a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Palmer Theological Seminary. He studied Accounting at Rutgers University and Aeronautical Engineering at the United States Naval Academy.
He also serves as Vice President of The Association of Churches of Christ the King and as Dean within Evangel Ministries.
Wale Mafolasire is the Chief Executive Officer of Givelify, a faith-based technology company that helps churches and nonprofit organizations inspire generosity and support their missions through mobile and online giving.
Under his leadership, Givelify has grown into a widely used digital giving platform, serving thousands of churches & nonprofit organizations and enabling millions of donations from supporters across the United States.
Deeply committed to serving faith communities, he is passionate about helping churches leverage technology to strengthen engagement, encourage generosity, and advance their ministries.
Fern Taylor is an Atlanta‑based Christian leader actively involved with The K.I.N.G. Movement.
Within The K.I.N.G. Movement, Fern Taylor serves in the role of K‑Watch, which is part of the organization’s K Watch Prayer Ministry. This ministry was established to provide spiritual covering and intercessory prayer in support of the mission and leadership of The K.I.N.G. Movement. The K‑Watch team is described as a group of men dedicated to supporting the movement through consistent prayer and spiritual vigilance.
Fern Taylor has been publicly identified as a K Watch leader/speaker based in Atlanta, Georgia, including participation in recorded K‑Watch prayer calls and ministry activities. His involvement reflects a focus on prayer, spiritual accountability, and support of Christian men seeking to grow in Biblical manhood through the K.I.N.G. Movement.
Dondré T. Whitfield is a veteran, multiple Emmy-nominated actor, author, and speaker known for his role as Remy Newell on the acclaimed television drama Queen Sugar. Beyond his successful acting career, Whitfield is passionate about mentorship, community engagement, and helping men grow into healthy, purpose-driven leaders.
Through his speaking engagements, mentorship, and writing, he encourages men to embrace biblical principles of manhood, leadership, and family. In his book Male vs. Man, Whitfield explores the importance of honoring women, guiding children, and redefining modern manhood through faith, responsibility, and servant leadership.
He is also the founder of The Manhood Tour, a global initiative focused on helping men develop character, strengthen relationships, and lead with integrity at home, in the workplace, and in their communities. Through his work, Whitfield continues to inspire conversations about faith, leadership, and the true meaning of manhood.
“Showtime” Shawn Porter is a former two-time welterweight world champion and current boxing analyst for FOX Sports, appearing on Inside Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) Boxing and other PBC broadcasts. Known for his relentless style and willingness to face the toughest competition, Porter won the WBC Welterweight Championship in 2018 after defeating Danny Garcia and compiled a professional record of 30 wins, 3 losses, and 1 draw with 17 knockouts.
A standout amateur boxer with a remarkable 276–14 record, Porter defeated notable fighters such as Daniel Jacobs, Oleksandr Usyk, and Demetrius Andrade before turning professional in 2008.

Abel Travis is the Senior Vice President of Affiliate Operations at Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company. Abel Travis has deep subject matter expertise in the insurance industry, with over 2 decades of experience. Travis is an expert in innovation, designing new products and business models to drive growth and transformation. Travis has provided leadership and guidance in all aspects of the insurance industry including technology, underwriting, product management, innovation, strategy and product development.
Travis is an award winning, international keynote speaker at events including InsurTech Insights, InsurTech Connect, Dig In, InsurTech Rising, ACORD Conference, Global Insurance Symposium, Society of Insurance Research, NAAIA Conference, Women in Insurance. He has also contributed as an industry expert to Reuters, The Economist, Celent, Carrier Management, Digital Insurance, and Insurance CIO Magazine. Travis has also contributed to numerous industry white papers, including the most recently published “Reinsurance That Connects.”

Zion McGregor is a preacher, teacher, and writer who has ministered at churches, conferences, and conventions across the United States. He is an award-winning writer and a contributor to the bestselling book Urban Apologetics: Restoring Black Dignity with the Gospel, which addresses faith, culture, and biblical truth within the context of the Black community.
McGregor holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology from Rawlings School of Divinity. His additional theological studies include coursework at Regent College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Regent's Park College.
Zion is married to his wife, Alicia, and together they are the proud parents of four children: D’Maj, Erin, Elijah, and Gabrielle.
Curtis Smith became the Executive Director of the Do It Best Foundation in October 2024. He leads the foundation’s efforts in Building the Best Communities by supporting dozens of non-profits all over the country.
Curtis is probably best known as the Chief Meteorologist for the ABC television affiliate, a position he held for more than two decades. During that time, he was repeatedly named “Favorite TV Personality” and “Best Forecaster” by numerous publications. Since leaving television, Curtis has served as the Corporate Director of Community Engagement for Parkview Health and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Lasting Change Inc.
Curtis and Jessie, his wife of more than 30 years, have three adult sons and one daughter-in-law. He holds degrees in communications and meteorology, and a Master’s degree in organizational leadership. He is active in his church, loves to spend time with his family and friends, and is a passionate fan of the Boston Celtics.
