Tonight, we will spotlight a broad, influential roster of the industry’s notable sports, business leaders and stakeholders who look to utilize their platform for the greater good set the stage for fellowship, connection, and celebrating the true meaning of champions
The "Heart of a Champion" award is a prestigious recognition bestowed upon exceptional individuals who, through their unwavering commitment to community service, demonstrate extraordinary compassion, faith-driven leadership, and stand as beacons of inspiration, encouraging others both on and off the gridiron.
We are thrilled to celebrate (2) individuals tonight, The Heart of A Champion award will be presented to Khai Harley,Senior Vice President of Football Operations/ Assistant General Manager at New Orleans Saints, Local Hero award will be presented to Marcus Dubuclet, Detective, Intelligent Unite, NOLA police dept.
All Proceeds Benefit the National Faith-Based Projects & International Mission Efforts of The K.I.N.G. Movement & Pro Experiences. There are so many people who made tonight’s event happen. Please join me in thanking our staff, volunteers, sponsors, and special guests.

Khai Harley is the Senior Vice President of Football Operations/ Assistant General Manager. He is in his 17th season with the New Orleans Saints, having been promoted to Senior Vice President of Football Operations/Assistant General Manager in 2024 A 23year NFL front office veteran, he joined the Saints in 2008 as Director of Football Administration, was promoted to Vice President in 2013, and added Assistant General Manager to his title in 2023.
Harley works directly with EVP/GM Mickey Loomis, overseeing football operations, contract negotiations, salary cap management, and roster strategy. He collaborates with the College and Pro Personnel departments, ensuring compliance with the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement and providing strategic planning for the NFL Draft, free agency, and overall roster management. He also serves as a key liaison with the NFL Management Council and NFLPA on labor relations and league matters.
Before joining the Saints, Harley spent five years as Manager of Labor Operations with the NFL Management Council, where he analyzed salary cap figures for all 32 teams. He also worked as a financial analyst at Bloomberg, L.P., focusing on international markets
A Rutgers University graduate with a degree in accounting, Harley earned a master’s in sports management from Springfield College. He has been recognized by the Rutgers AfricanAmerican Alumni Alliance Hall of Fame and received the Salute to Excellence Award from the Fritz Pollard Alliance Foundation. He is an active participant in NFL diversity initiatives, including the NFL/Black College Football Hall of Fame QB Summit and NFL Front Office Accelerator Program.

MARCUS DUBUCLET
Marcus Dubuclet has dedicated his life to protecting and uplifting the city of New Orleans. Born and raised in New Orleans, he has been serving as a law enforcement officer for over two decades.
Currently a Detective in the New Orleans Police Department’s Intelligence Unit, Marcus is known for his sharp investigative skills, deep intuition, and an unwavering commitment to justice. His dedication has made him a respected leader in law enforcement and a trusted protector of our community.
But Marcus’s service goes far beyond the badge. As a devoted youth football and basketball coach, he is shaping the next generation, teaching young athletes discipline, teamwork, and perseverance values that extend well beyond the game.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Leadership, and a background in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge to both his career and community service.
