How many teachers are currently in your network statewide? What is your goal for the number of teachers in the network statewide for the next 1-2 years?

We currently have 107 teachers across North Carolina, representing 20 districts.

We set the following goals for membership.

FY’21- 50 members FY’22-50 members FY’23-100 members FY’24-150 members Over the next 1-2 years, we plan to increase our membership by 50% each fiscal year. The table below shares a projection of membership goals.

What percentage of teachers in your network statewide work in Title I schools? Out of the 75 educators we work with in NC, 100% work in Title I Schools.

What is your goal for the percentage of teachers in the statewide network that work in Title I schools in the next 1-2 years? Our goal is to increase the PL statewide network by at least 40% each year with at least 80% Title I representation.

Describe the support you provide to teachers in your network. Do you have plans to add any other supports over the next 1-2 years?

Members in our network get the following support

In addition to these offerings, members may request personalized and more tailored support that supports their ability to thrive in the workplace Ex: School-Wide learning series Specialized coaching for others outside of PL network (willing participants) This has played out over the past three years with ongoing learning series (8 sessions) for schools and/or district-wide training (Edgecombe County) Given our already robust support, we do not intend to offer any additional support for teachers over the next 1-2 years.

We do intend to build out a more robust pipeline of educators beginning with high school students as a part of our Profound Young Ladies cohort, a partnership with AKcess Granted
