PROFITMASTER Profitmaster provides outsourced professional services to the financial services sector throughout Australia. We specialize in providing highly skilled accountants and auditors, bookkeepers, financial planning staff and mortgage broking staff. We also provide administration officers to a broad range of business across the country. You can choose from an à la carte menu of services to augment your in- house staff, or we can become your virtual department. You will get expert Philippines based dedicated staff, ready to service you with the tasks and services you require.

Our founder and CEO, Richard Croaker recognised early on that the professional needs of accountants in Australia are different to other businesses using the Philippines for outsourcing.

After considerable research on the suitability of Philippines professional and support staff, Philippines business regulations, ethical requirements of the Australian accounting professions and professional insurance availability, it was decided to incorporate a new company through the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission. This company became Profitmaster Global Outsourcing.

Richard is the Founder and CEO of Profitmaster Global Outsourcing, specialising in providing accounting and professional services staff from the Philippines to Australian businesses. With over 30 years as a Chartered Accountant, he leverages his financial expertise to enhance client profitability and is committed to aligning his Australian clients' growth with his skilled Philippine team. Richard is passionate about maximising value and satisfaction for clients, staff, and their families.

Based in Queensland, he frequently travels to the Philippines, where he appreciates both the business and social cultures.

Paul Jansz Director, Media & Marketing - Profitmaster Global Outsourcing

With 23 years in business leadership, he’s built a notable career in the accounting industry across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the UK, and the US. He has led a coaching company, managed a private equity firm, and now offers innovative solutions through Professional Partners Education (PPE), an online platform with resources like the EMPIRE MasterClass Series and the TALKING NUMBERS podcast. Paul also advises boards, advocates for mental health, and is a devoted father of three.

Delia MacKenzie Director, Client Engagement and Growth - Profitmaster Global Outsourcing

With over six years in business development and customer support, she specialises in helping Australian businesses optimise their operations by identifying offshore staffing opportunities. Delia focuses on building strong client relationships and guiding them through sustainable offshoring solutions. She supports a range of industries, including accounting, finance, construction, and marketing, ensuring a smooth and rewarding offshoring experience for clients and their teams.

Emma Reevs Director, Excelerate Marketing

Emma is the founder and Director of Excelerate Marketing, a Sydneybased digital marketing agency. With experience working with publishers, marketing agencies, and global small business lenders, Emma excels in crafting effective and authentic digital marketing strategies. Excelerate, established four years ago, offers comprehensive services with a team of skilled marketers, designers, and developers. The agency specialises in creating tailored campaigns to drive results, enhance market presence, and support business growth, ensuring a strong alignment with clients' goals.

Dr. Mathew Leighton-Daly Lecturer, Discipline of Accounting, Governance and Regulation The University of Sydney

Dr. Mathew Leighton-Daly, based in Chifley Tower, Sydney, is a leading legal consultant and academic specialising in financial crime control. He teaches business law, tax, and white-collar crime at The University of Sydney and offers consultancy services to law firms, businesses, and individuals. With experience in major white-collar cases and as the author of Thomson Reuters’ Financial Crime Control and Anti-Money Laundering publication, Mathew holds a PhD in taxation law, a Master of Laws, and a Juris Doctor, alongside qualifications in law enforcement and prosecutions.

Michael Partis Group CEO - Assure Global Plus

With over 20 years in Financial Services and a background in Education, Michael combines expertise in behavioral science and financial systems to deliver costeffective Collections solutions. He excels in improving debt recovery and resolving complex issues, leading a business that covers the full spectrum of Collections, including strategies to combat financial crime. Outside of work, Michael is an endurance kayaker with adventures in the Arctic and Antarctic and holds a 'Source to Sea' accreditation on the Murray River.

Eric Yaptangco Division Director - Corporate Operations Group Macquarie Group Limited

Eric has been a Division Director at Macquarie since June 2018, leading the Manila Shared Services Centre, which is Macquarie’s third-largest office by staff count. He oversees over 1,000 employees in Technology, Market Operations, Business Services, and HR. Before Macquarie, Eric was CIO for Claims at Chubb Insurance in the US and spent over 18 years with AIG in Manila, New York/New Jersey, and Japan. A Manila native, he returned to the Philippines with Macquarie after nearly two decades abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
