ENROLLMENT GUIDE Use a laptop or desktop (Tablet computers and smartphones are not supported for HBS Online applications or programs at this time.)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Use Firefox or Chrome browser (The HBS Online platform is designed to work on an internet-connected desktop or notebook computer using these browsers; other browsers are not currently supported.)

Please email hbsonlinesupport@hbs.edu with any technical issues you encounter.

Once accepted to the CSML program, you must enroll in the course of your choice.

Please Note: Once accepted, you will not need to repeat the application process, but you will need to repeat this enrollment process for each course.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

1. L og in to your HBS Online account here. Please note, you will need to use the same email and password you used to create you account during application.

2. When admitted, you will see a CSML card displaying on your dashboard featuring an Acceptance Letter.

Any courses available for enrollment will also display as cards below this CSML card.

Choose the course you would like to enroll in, and click Enroll at any time up to the enrollment deadline listed on the course webpage. Please Note: Enrollment deadlines are strictly enforced, so it is recommended you enroll early.

4. Click the dropdown, select the course dates you are interested in and click Go.

5. Review the Welcome page and click Continue.

Review the Policies, mark that you have read and agree to the required items and click Save and Proceed to Payment.

Review the Payment Page and proceed to payment by credit card or by forwarding a payment request to a recipient who will pay on your behalf. Please Note: payment must be made by credit card only. Checks, Purchase Orders, or other forms of payment are not accepted. All payments must be received by the deadline posted on the payment page.

If you wish to return to payment later, exit the page and when you are ready, log back in here. Once logged in, click Complete Payment. Please Note: All payments must be made ahead of the enrollment deadline posted on the payment page.
