ITT Secondary Curriculum Tutor 21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year £34,421 ‐ £41,074 per annum pro rata We are seeking to appoint a Secondary Curriculum Tutor to Norfolk Teacher Training Centre's Initial Teacher Training programme. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of secondary trainee teachers: this includes conducting observation visits, delivering centre‐based curriculum ses‐ sions and assessing trainee progress towards QTS. You will be a qualified teacher experienced in trainee and teacher development in the secondary classroom and through delivery of professional development sessions tai‐ lored to the needs of secondary trainee and qualified teachers. You will have a thorough knowledge of the Teach‐ ers' Standards and the ITTECF, and will have experience in assessment of trainee or teacher progress. You will be involved in our marketing and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in partnership with school leaders, link tutors and mentors. We would like someone to start in November 2026, but we would be prepared to wait for the right person to start in January 2027. JOINERS NEEDED

The successful candidate will be qualified to at least Level 3 in an English or Maths subject specialism and hold a relevant teaching qualification. You will have proven experience in delivering Functional Skills and/or GCSE English and Maths, along with the ability to plan and manage your own workload effectively.

This is a full-time, permanent role, with hours from Monday to Friday.
