Using SavePro is just like buying snacks from a vending machine.

The principle is the same. You choose the product, press a button and the product is dispensed to you right away. Simple, fast and straightforward!

Identification The employee verifies their identity using their card, barcode or PIN.

Product selection The machine is configured so that each person can only select products intended for them.

Secure connection Installation of the system requires an internet connection, either through the local network or via 3G. This connection is needed so that SavePro can send emails and/or communicate with your business system whenever it needs to be restocked.

All information about personnel and consumption is stored in the machine and is only available to someone with high-level access to the machine.

SavePro Easy to find and quick to pick up!

SavePro is the flagship vending machine in the Procurator range. It’s a robust vending machine based on coils that eject the products.

SavePro can be configured in many different ways to dispense almost any type of item.

The fully developed version provides space for 2,100 items and the combinations of motors and coils make it our most flexible solution.

Support for various forms of authentication, such as RFID, barcode or PIN, makes it easy for the employee to log their transaction.

Coils push out the products.

SavePro is easy to clean and can be placed in level 2 hygiene areas.

The front is made of unbreakable glass.

The products stocked in the vending machine retain their functionality and will not deteriorate before they are dispensed.

Unlike regular stores, SavePro is never closed. This means that all work shifts, regardless of the time of day, have full access to the products they need.

There is no chance of SavePro ever having empty shelves. Reordering is done automatically and restocking can be handled either by your own personnel or by an external partner.

SaveBox units can be added to SavePro to make room for fragile or larger objects, or lots of smaller objects stored on shelves with weighing systems. See the extra storage shelving system on page 10.

A flexible solution!

SaveBox Smart SaveBox Smart is the perfect solution if you want to use the SaveBox solution without connecting it to a SavePro unit.

One of the doors is used for storing the computer that controls the doors and the system is administered in the same user-friendly way as the other vending machines. This means the system is suitable for limited spaces and for relatively large products. It can be supplemented with any number of SaveBox units, making the system extremely flexible.

SaveBox Smart PLUS SaveBox Smart is available with built-in scales in the different compartments. This solution allows you to place many similar products in the same compartment, with the scales recording how many products are taken out when the door is opened.

+ Add however many storage compartments you need. They are available in many variants, with or without scales.

Automatic loan tracking SaveRent SaveRent is a “rental module” with numerous functions. The machine lends and takes back products, as well as offering full product tracking. It’s a versatile solution for handling expensive equipment.

SaveRent is ideal for calibration equipment, car keys, computers, projectors, drills, marking devices, etc. – equipment that may be needed by lots of employees at different times. The system serves as automated storages that provide 24/7 access, with full access control.

Add however many storage compartments you need SaveBox variations By adding one or more SaveBox units to SavePro, SaveBox Smart or SaveRent, you can increase the number of storage compartments.

SaveBox helps distribute durable, expensive, large or heavy products that are used less frequently. SaveBox is ideal for measuring instruments, spray bottles, light bulbs, etc.

Scales can be installed on any shelf in a SaveBox unit. The scales log how many products are taken out when the door is opened and can log up to 10,000 units such as nuts or screws.

Multiple units can easily be connected together so that e.g. each employee is assigned their own compartment.

To make sure you can easily see what’s inside each compartment, SaveBox is equipped with heavy-duty glass windows.

+ Units with the boxes you need can be added to the mother machine.

There are currently over 10 different formats and variants available to suit products of different sizes.
