By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Understand the benefits of mindfulness practice • Utilize the strategies and guided meditations in your own life and with others • Discuss stress and its impact with each individual • Explain to each individual how and when mindfulness can be used to reduce stress and increase the ability to self-regulate • Choose among seven mindfulness strategies and guided meditations for each individual • Modify each strategy and guided meditation based on the strengths and needs of each individual
