DNC HiVis fabric of the garments and the material of reflective tape are manufactured to comply with New Hi Vis standard Class F AS/ NZS1906.4:2010.
DNC HiVis garments are manufactured to comply with New Hi Vis standard Class F AS/NZS1906.4:2010, Class D AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 to meet the requirements of Hi-Vis Safety standards for both HiVis Fabric & Design of garments, (Section 6.4) day use.

Premium quality of DNC Heat transfer segmented reflective tape fully complies with AS/NZS1906.4:2010 for HiVis standard and EN11491:200 for Anti-static. Lighter weight and innovative pattern, stretch with knit to add more comfort with movement. Cool-Breeze. Home wash 50 cycles @60°C.

DNC has an extensive 100% cotton range for a natural feeling garment with anti-static and electrical protection features.
DNC provide entire ranges of lightweight fabrics as an alternate to regular weight garments. Features include quicker drying, breathable and a more comfortable light weight feel.
DNC Cool-Breeze airflow cooling system removes sweat and body heat through innovative under-arm vents, upper back or vertical vents, airflow eyelets between legs.
DNC Rainwear and HiVis Jackets are made of a polyester outer, PU & PVC coated inner and all seam sealed 100% waterproof.
DNC HiVis Rainwear utilises the latest fabric technology. Not only are they waterproof, but also fully breathable.
DNC knee pads feature CORDURA® fabric (190GSM polyester oxford) which is able to withstand abrasions, tears and scuffs from its heavy duty and high performance.
DNC reinforce garments with 190GSM polyester oxford Duratex patches in knees & stress areas for added durablity. This feature allows the garment to withstand abrasions, tears and scuffs from its heavy duty and high performance.
The latest technology is used in the production of DNC Flame Resistant and Carbon grid Anti-Static 98% Polyester/PU, 2% Carbon, breathable waterproof fabric rain jacket, vest and pants, comply with EN ISO 14116:2008 for FR & BS EN1149-5:2008 for Anti-Static. DNC cotton garments containing no metal buttons/zip are also classified under AntiStatic garments.
DNC cotton made garments containing no metal buttons or zippers and are suitable for use in electrical or gas trades.
Ripstop Technology is specially designed fabric weave to increase tear & abrasion resistance (Rip-stop) & improve air flow. DNC 150gsm & 240gsm Cotton Ripstop fabric Shirts, Shorts & Pants provides softer feel but stronger & cooler features, more durable & comfortable for wearing than the traditional cotton woven garments.

All DNC garment fabric fully complies with Oeko-Tex standard 100 class II for products with direct contact to the skin in which prohibited to use aromatic amines, sensitizing dyes and cancer risk dyes. Green dye should meet the following conditions: Does not contain harmful or non-aromatic amine; dye itself, non-carcinogenic, sensitization, acute toxicity; the use of formaldehyde and, after extraction of heavy metals in the following limits; non-environmental hormone; non-persistent organic pollutants; does not produce pollution of the environment harmful chemicals; not produce chemicals that pollute the environment; color fastness and superior to disable the use of dyes.
