The MI16 is divided into two days. On Wednesday 15th June there is a seminar with acclaimed international speakers. Seminar program will be announced during the spring 2016.
In all, 20 prominent companies are invited to the contact and meeting day as main contractors. The main contractors are leading companies of their own industrial fields. In addition 500 companies will join the event as participants, who may fulfill the specified needs of the main contractors. The MI16 produces maximal benefit for participants in a compact event.
Thursday 16th June is the contact and meeting day. Company representatives can meet each other in face-to-face meetings.

Operating model The MI16’s highlight is the contact and meeting day which is all about fast-paced business meetings. It means that there is only negotiating tables and spaces, but not any exhibition stands. We like to keep everything simple, unformal and easy-going. Every main contractor has meetings scheduled in advance and other is for open meetings that are arranged on-site. Threre are also meeting
rooms available to all companies, no advance reservation needed. On the event site you’ll also find MI16 Matchmakers. Our “business enthusiasts” are there to tie up parties and arrange contacts between companies that are fit for each other.
