She is working for a Pvt organization by profession, apart from this she loves to read and in her spare time she loves to resolve the questioner that emerges in her mind

Her article was also published in Awaaz News not only that she also has been co-authored in more than 50 books She is a regular writer in Namya Magazine She has written her own solo book named "Tonic of Love & Heartbreak" and also Compiled "The Dynamic Love World" book. Recently She has compiled a book The Adduce Date Based on Love Life
Whenever people ask about her inspiration, they always get a simple reply that her inspiration is her parents, her father Mr Manoj Jaiswal and her mother Mrs Asha Jaiswal Both of them inspires and motivates her in achieving her goals and her friends also always supports her.

My Inspiring Journey of being Womanhood The story which I am presenting you today is about a Simple Girl who never took her life for granted. I was a simple girl with full of life, joyful and kiddish Many people taunted me that she has gained weight, she is like kiddish and mental types she cant do anything. But in real I was something else Scored 85% in my 10th and 12th and first division in college After that I left my dream of completing MBA due to financial reason. Since a year I have started working in MNC And in 2019, in my college times I started writing, posting it in different sites, I never stopped , I just expressed my words into linings and now what I am is this. So, There are some who stay silent and bear, then there are those who speak up and fight. Be A Real Life Sheroes - Fight for dreams.

All of us face challenges But how many of us don’t give up and use those challenges to our advantage? Those who do, become an inspiration for all of us Heroes are people who have given their lives to something bigger than themselves.

A Woman who has been idealized for her courage , due to her outstanding achievements or in small Heroine to this world , an inspiration to other Girls.

5. What has been your biggest obstacle being a Woman?
For me the biggest obstacles are: Criticism from the known person, Partiality, People does not value your work and talent, Career growth gaps
6. Include a story/paragraph of Womanhood which would inspire your readers while reading your interview.
This story is about my Mother Mrs.Asha Jaiswal, I have seen her everyday , she never goes to office or anywhere but she do all the work, she teaches us, prepare food, make our house more beautiful, teach ethics and manners. Being a woman she is managing both her houses (her own and in-laws). Without being stressed, she worked everyday. Always supported me to grow higher, never demanded anything just accepted everything with a smile. Her energy speaks to us like work everyday to get good results, do things perfectly.
She is quite and calm type of woman, but if the topic is about me, then she will be the lioness to protect me with every evil eyes. Having such courageous woman as my mother is everyday a new learning and a blessing .
7. Define Womanhood in one Word. Muliebrity.
8. Is it easy being a Woman? Or we need to face partiality in terms of uplifting our profession/passion.
I think No, being a woman is not easy. Many peoples will say woman cant do this, but in real woman safe the one to do many things in real life apart from household work.. Yes, partiality is one of the biggest factor with which a woman has to go through in this phase. Woman's skills and hard works are never been praised off. So, its quite difficult to bring ourself in this partiality.
9. How do you feel being the Cover Star of SHEROES?
I feel ectremely happy that I cannot even explain.
