About The Shero:
Niraja Bandi has been working as a people’s manager for the past 23 years. She boasts vast experience in the financial services industry, more so in the management domain. Having recently completed an executive management development program through IIM, she currently has a broad base of knowledge to explore many topics. Her key interests include contributing to academics, mentoring team members, advocating for women's empowerment, and making society a better place. Traveling, listening to good music, watching cricket and badminton, reading, and participating in charity events are some of her favorite hobbies. That aside, she enjoys clicking pictures regularly, even though she is not a professional photographer. Her passion for writing started when she was very young. Though she had a passion for writing for a long time, she never really explored much as she was busy with her professional career. In 2020, many of us had to work from home due to lockdown. Trina Kanungo, is a post graduate in Mathematics and Computing from IIT-ISM Dhanbad. Currently posted as Assistant Manager, in ECGC Ltd , Mumbai, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government Of India, Trina is an ardent lover of Indian Fine Arts and Literature. Originally , a small town girl, Trina hails from Hindmotor, in West Bengal. She pursued her graduation from Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata with an honours in Mathematics. After her masters, she joined Indian Bank as probationary officer, and soon she got selected as executive officer in ECGC Ltd, and hence she started a completely new journey in Mumbai. At the very outset, life was not easy for her to manage in this cosmopolitan ambiance. But gradually, out of sheer loneliness, she rejuvenated her childhood hobby of writing and painting. She has been a co-author of many anthologies both in English and Bengali literature. During the pandemic situation, she backed up many voluntary groups around her circle , who were working for the people stuck in rural and remote areas , by providing food , clothings and other medical goods to them. She is always ready to help any voluntary groups who are working from the front end in this pandemic era. Simplicity has always been a trademark of her life. Her father being a banker, and mother being a home maker, she has always led a disciplined life devoid of any unnecessary luxury. She excels in Indian Cultural Yoga, and is intensely fitness freak. Being the daughter of a dauntless mother and a composed father, she has always been flexible to any adversities in life. This is probably the simplest story of every Indian girl, but the magic that silence can spell, is something cannot be imagined. She loves to serve society, from the back stage, and hence she rarely donates to renowned banners; she dreams of a society with utmost harmony. Hence she always backs up small scale NGOs and voluntary groups who are working for humanity. She does not aim to be a billionaire, but longs to create her own signature on this Earth through her creativity. She yearns to see the unseen and sing the unsung, and loves to paint Nature to create an eden of poesy, in the crude canvas of life.

Sangeeta Agarwal is a watercolor artist, residing in Bangalore, India. She is known for her pursuit of bringing to life portraits and monuments. Her passion for art since childhood motivated her to experiment with myriad mediums and techniques. Driven by the love for art and its intricate detailing, she earned a Diploma in the Fine Arts. She graduated in Psychology, earned certifications from London and later chose to teach. After being a full-time mother to two beautiful children, she continued her passion for painting from home. Samata Dey Bose is the founder of the entertainment E-portal Indiacafe24.com. Samata is an ex-banker and offered her services to one of the prestigious private sector banks of India. The urge to do something different encouraged her to quit her successful career as a banker, and she stepped into the world of creativity, content development and blogging. She is now a freelance content developer, book reviewer, author, poet, blogger, online interviewer, Vedic astrologer, and passionate photographer.
