Introduction Bisma Ayoub from Bota Kadal, LalBazar in Srinagar added her name in India’s World Record and got an entry in India Book Of Records and Profile of International Talents and intellectuals as the first girl from Jammu and Kashmir to publish an anthology with an objective of promoting 28 writers with her.

“THE CREATIVE MINDS” that has become the first anthology from Kashmir that made Bisma ”The Trendsetter of Anthology ” in the valley.

Bisma Ayoub has co-authored many books apart from her own Anthology like Forever Shinings, Pride, Caffeinated Emotion, Fragile thoughts etc.

Besides her writing passion Bisma is pursuing Dental Technician course from Dental College, Srinagar.

“I have started my writing journey back in 2013, and I never thought that this small interest will grow stronger with time and will turn me into an Author. I have never kept myself bounded to any limits, I explored myself in this field and Alhamdulillah today i can write in Urdu, English and Kashmiri as well.

Working on anthology was an initiative of a Social Work that how a writer can help his/ her fellow writer to grow and prosper as we all start from zero and should start from there only. With this mindset i recently registered my NGO ” Sha’Ma (from darkness to light) ” in which we will be helping people to earn on their own so that they can feed themselves and their families.” Says Bisma.

“Making a name in India’s World Record, India book of Records and Profile of International Talents and Intellectuals isn’t an easy job it might be a three Tagline profile but actually is the pain and hardwork of seven odd years. It was a next level happiness for me and my family to hear this news.”

“I recently published my second book “Mukhtasar” (A short journey of pain), which is a complete collection of poetries. And I have not given any title to the poems in this book as I want the feelings and emotions to be free atleast in the book. No limitation, no taglines and no boundaries. This book is dedicated to everyone out there who loved, who lived and who left.” Said Bisma.

Bisma concluded with a message for young writers, “Your dream, goal, aim or whatever you name it, needs your time, dedication, hardwork, smartwork and your faith of doing it, no matter how many failures, rejections or criticism you face. Just keep the good work up with good intentions.”

Introduction Samarpita Sen was born and raised in Kolkata, India. She graduated with honors in education from Calcutta University in 2018. She works on social media platforms such as Roposo, Moj, Share Chat, and others. She was also given the Golden Arc Award for Best Artist. Elite Book Award, Asia 100 Women, Fox clues 100 Top Women, and other honors have been bestowed upon her. She has also won numerous national awards.

She has won numerous important awards, including the Magic Book of Records and the Bhartiya Youth Icon. And there are plenty more.

She works as a social worker for some of the most well-known apps. The first achievement is kyuili in the month's star, and the second is a Share Chat certificate. She was also a finalist for a renowned award as an artist. In addition, in 2021, she earned an elite book prize, the Frame and Fame Award.

Introduction Bablie Hazarika has been working as a model from her childhood. She is from Nagaon, Assam. Her family consists of her mother, father, sister, husband and her nine month old daughter. She is post graduate with English honours.

She is very much interested in modelling. She boasts of vast experience in this field. She have received many awards and titles in this field. Introduction Sarah has come a long way from the girl who used to scribble poetry in her diary to a woman who has become an awardwinning poetess.

Her writing journey has been full of highs and lows; but the lows are what have motivated her to never give up.

Writing for her is more about exorcising the demons within rather than following a prompt or writing for fun. It’s what keeps her sane.

Sarah is the Founder & Content Creator of a writing community on Instagram called @vaguesoulsunite. Along with her team of talented volunteers, she endeavours to help and promote the members of the writing community on Instagram.

Besides managing her own poetry page @soulresounds and her writing community @vaguesoulsunite, SaRah also participates in various online writing contests.

INTRODUCTION Niraja Bandi has been working as a people’s manager for the past 23 years. She boasts of vast experience in the financial services industry, more so in the management domain.

Having recently completed an executive management development program through IIM, she currently has a broad base of knowledge which allows her to explore many topics. Some of her key interests include contributing to academics, mentoring team members, advocating for women's empowerment, and making society a better place. Traveling, listening to good music, watching cricket and badminton, reading, and participating in charity events are some of her favorite hobbies. That aside, she enjoys clicking pictures regularly, even though she is not a professional photographer.

Her passion for writing started when she was very young. Well, though she had the passion to write since long, never really explored much as she was busy with her professional career. In 2020, many of us had to work from home due to lockdown. She had some free time for herself wherein she used to browse some posts on social media. She started attending webinars on a wide range of topics to utilise her time effectively. One such webinar actually motivated her to start her journey as an author. Her books focus on educating, informing as well as entertaining the readers. She does not want to restrict herself to any specific genre. She would like to experiment writing all genres of books.

Introduction Ajita Pandey was born and brought up in Bhopal. She was interested in literature since her school days and particularly in poetry.
