Pallavi Garg is an Entrepreneur, a social worker, a motivational speaker and a Co-author. She is the Vice President in Navchetna Bal Balai NGO. She is self independent and a passionate woman. She wants to inspire all other women who want to achieve great success in life. Regarding her academics, she has been a very bright student since childhood. She has completed her school from PSEB and graduation from GNDU, Amritsar. Her hometown is Pathankot, there she completed her journey from childhood to teen age. She was also fond of writing. She wanted to do something for girls and women from the beginning. But first marriage happened at a very early age, and then there were children. Everything was going well in life. But suddenly, unhappiness entered in her life and changed her whole life .During the period of Covid her husband died, her whole family and she was drowned in grief after hearing this news. But after all these conditions and circumstances, she took care of herself and her family as well as her husband’s business. After that she had only one purpose in life, which was how to grow the business. But still she had to do something for herself and for the entire woman community. Then she joined NGO, after joining this, she motivated many girls and women. Her NGO works on Women Empowerment, they have the same agenda to make girls and women more and more aware about Women Empowerment. The NGO guide them in every way like: economically, physically and socially. They have members of every stream who guide them. Along with all this work, she is also a Coauthor. Like she told that she had a passion for writing since childhood. She has worked with many publishers till now. She has also been the cover star of many magazines. Last month she was published in a magazine, in which she has discussed the topic about success in life. There are many other topics which she is preparing. This is all her work which she does with all her dedication. As a woman, she wants to say that women can do everything. In today’s 21st century, women are doing all the work that the men are doing. She tells everyone to respect women. With her story she is telling or inspiring everyone that,”Those who strive never give up.” So keep shining always.

Interview 1. What does Women Empowerment means to you? Women empowerment can be defined to promoting women’s sense of self worth, theirability to determine their own choices.For me, women empowerment means building self confidence within women.Indian culture gives women the utmost respect. Women play an important role in society and the whole family is dependent on women for its daily activities. They play the role of mother, wife, homemaker, cook, teacher, friend all at the same time while Women empowerment is not just about teaching women or involving women in the decision -making process, women empowerment is about gender equality, accepting their thoughts &viewpoints, appreciating their efforts &decision, letting them make their own life decisions without forcing them. Empowerment of women enhances the quality and the quantity of Human Resources available for development. Now that time women and men are equal in all respects.
2. You are an inspiration for every single mother, what do you wish to convey to all single mothers? As a single mother, I’m telling to all single mothers that don’t be afraid of anyone. Who thought what, what was said, don’t think anything. You have to stand up for yourself. You have to be bold and strong for your family and kids. You have to bring confidence in yourself that you can do anything. Your journey as a mother is very good,so enjoy your every single moment with your child.

MAY-AUG|ISSUE NO. 3 3. If you could change one thing in the world, what would that be ? Yes, if I’m asked to change something in the world, I will definitely do it. I wanted to change the views of the stereotype society who is very reserved about ladies. They still think that women and men are not the same. For which the woman has to prove herself every time. I believe that the world is made of women, but there are still many people in the world who look down on him.I just want to stop.
4. Your view on Gender equality? Gender equality is that when people of all genders have equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities. Everyone is affected by gender inequality-women, men, trans and trans and gender diverse people, children and families. It impacts people of all ages and backgrounds. Societies that value women and men as equal are safer and healthier. Gender equality is a human right. Everyone benefits from gender equality.
5. How are you feeling being the cover star of Aspiring Achievers?
First of all I want to thank Priya’s Wisdom Publications who connected me with his team. I love their work. I’m very happy and want to be inspiration of more ladies like me. According to me, women can do anything in her life. Being a aspiring achievers as a cover star , I’m very grateful and blessed. 6. You have bagged so many Awards as your achievement, which one is the best achievement according to you till date? Yes, I have bagged many awards so far. All these awards have inspired me to move forward. Out of all these, one award from such which has given me a different identity. That is SWAMI VIVEKANANDA RASHTRIYA SWARNA SAMMAN Award. This is the national award from iconic brand network. After taken this many women are inspiring by me. And this was the only motto in my life .

7. How does being an Entrepreneur feels like?
Being an entrepreneur, he has to take many risks for the success of himself and his company. It’s a tough job, because in this all the employees of the company are associated with us. Profit and loss in the company keeps on going.but the good entrepreneur is that who always supports her team in every situation and treat them like your family. 8. You are connected with social work too. What kind of social work do you do?
Yes I connect to social work since last two years. I am doing my work together with ngo. I’m on a good post with my work in this ngo. In this ngo we help women and girls . Our team does all kinds of help for girls. Our team has adopted those children who wants to be educated and they have no money or support. We want to support those Children and give them a good life. 9. What is your future career plan?
I want to be a good writer in my future plans. For with my story and my writing views , I want to inspire and motivate to everyone. And also I want to said that there is nothing that women cannot do in her life.

10. 10. What has been the most positive incident in your life? I am finding it difficult to answer this question. Because there have been many ups and downs in my life. That’s why I can’t give you the answer clearly. Yes I can say that ever since I started writing, so I’m starting to get happiness from inside. Which also gives me a positive vibes. And I’m starting to know myself too. Earlier I was doing it only for my loved ones, but now I do it for myself. Because now I know that inner happiness is very important to enjoy life .so be happy be strong.

Introduction
nstoppable’ is the best way to describe SaRah. Born and brought up in The Pink City Jaipur; SaRah has always been a warrior. Dark days have come, even darker years, but that has only made her fight harder. And today she is grateful to all the challenges she had to face because today she is a woman with an unstoppable desire to rise higher. Her affair with words started at a very young age. Poetry for her was therapy. A private person, she preferred to write about all her struggles than speak openly about them. Even today she uses her words to express her deepest emotions. Reading her poems gives you a glimpse into not only her mind, but also her soul.

Sarah believes that words have the power to hurt as well as heal. And she hopes that her words cause more healing than hurt. She prays that people all around the globe draw strength and motivation from her poems. Today, SaRah is an award winning poetess and also the Founder & Content Creator of a writing community on Instagram called @vaguesoulsunite. She has also Coauthored more than 10 anthologies and has recently finished a short novel. Besides poetry, she is passionate about helping people communicate effectively and is currently working as a Deputy Manager - Quality & Communications at HCL Technologies, Noida.

1. What does Women Empowerment mean to you? When women are able to achieve their dreams without having to compromise - that is what I feel women empowerment is all about. As a woman myself, I make a conscious effort to support and encourage all around me. Women have to multi-task and strike a balance between personal and professional life. And due to this sometimes, women need to compromise on their dreams. Women empowerment would be to help women fly high without having to compromise.
2. You are an inspiration for every woman. What do you wish to convey to all the Women? I have been inspired by all the women around me and my support system is made up only of women. All i would like to say is - Never let someone else dictate how you should live your life. We as women also get just one life to live, let's make sure that we live a life that makes 'US' proud. The world will always find fault, but let that not define who you are. Remember - You are a woman and that truly is the only superpower you need.

3. If you could change one thing in the World, what would that be? I would love to change a lot of things. But most importantly I would love to change the current fear that we as women live with. We are not safe anywhere. I would love to somehow be able to normalize

Whether it be helping them get a job or just talking to them as a friend to help them overcome whatever distress they may be experiencing - I will not stop.

7. What does writing mean to you? Writing means the world to me. I don't think I would be sane if I was not able to write. For me, writing is therapeutic. I am after all just human and have my own dark moments. Writing helps me overcome these low phases in my life and fills me with the courage and strength to go on.
8. Writing is an Art of portraying emotions. What would you like to convey to the budding writers/authors? All I would like to say - Write from your heart and write for yourself. Let the comments of others not stop you or change you. Don't worry about the number of followers you have, just concentrate on your writing and believe me - like-minded poets/writers/authors
5. You have bagged so many Awards as your achievements, which one is the best achievement according to you till date?

As writers, it is very important to surround ourselves with people who are on the same wavelength. It helps us grow and evolve and also provides us with the emotional and mental support we need.

"Since childhood, I was fascinated with literature, but as I grew up my inclination towards ‘writing’ strengthened. It all started in 2011, in my seventh grade, when my first short story got published for my school annual literary journal. Since then, I never stopped writing, as its something that comes to me very spontaneously and naturally."

2. What is the best way to be a successful writer as per your thoughts? Readers love those creative pieces with which they can relate to, understand the sentiment and which soothes their tumultuous hearts. If readers can find peace and compassion the writing, then they will remain eternally enticed to it. Hence, a writer should understand his / her target audience, the society they live in, its prevalent norms and stigmas, social hierarchy, political anarchy and the sentiment of the people.
3. How are you feeling being the face of the Literary Stalwart for Aspiring Achievers?
Chit-Chat Session : 1. Literature is the art of portraying impeccable thought. What’s your view on it? French philosopher, Victor Cousin once said, “art for life’s sake” and literature acts as that reflection of one’s poignant thoughts. Literature under the veil of art, revamped civilizations, progressed human psyche, revolted against vicious systematic evils, uprooted politicised propaganda, condemned savage brutality and appreciate genuinely benign thoughts. Ideas have the power to upend the world, especially when it’s expressed through literature and accessible to global readers. Ideas change the world. It both leads to progression and oppression, but ideas are the very essence that formulate literature. The Origin of Species by Charles Darwin, The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir, The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx, God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy, 1984 by George Orwell, Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe, Vindication of The Rights of Women by Mary Wollstonecraft These are few seminal works of renowned writers, which have very meticulously delineated groundbreaking and scintillating ideas.

I’m honoured on receiving the opportunity to grace the cover of this literary magazine. It always inspires and motivates me to excel in literature and writing than never before. Its a milestone that every author dreams to achieve and I’m so grateful to the publishing house and to God for considering me fit for this mammoth task.
4. How do you wish to bring a change in the world of literature? I want to change the world through my impactful writing. It is accessible to a wide range of people, irrespective of their geographical demarcations unlike speech, which is heard only by the mass present at the moment. As its know, ‘a pen is mightier than sword’, as it possess the power to change people’s mind without violence or bloodshed.
5. What inspires you the most to be an ardent literature lover? I grew up watching my paternal grandmother adoring literature and soothed my inquisitive mind with her fictional stories. Hailing from a non-literary background, I saw her engrossed in thick books, which in turn inspired me to read them. She germinated the seed of literature in my innocuous mind, when I used to listen to her fabricated fairy tales and horror stories.

Bhagyashri Kuber Patrikar is a science graduate and art enthusiast from Pune, India. Bhagyashri has been associated with top IT firms as a IT Professional. Putting her papers down at the peak of her career in IT to attend to her kids and mother of two kids. Bhagyashri turned into a selfmotivated entrepreneur and began selling handcrafted pots. The choice to deal in art came spontaneously as she has always nurtured a love for painting. Bhagyashri is also a recognised poet in Marathi, English and Hindi from her college times.
