After doing my Masters in Business in Durham (United Kingdom) and juggling technology for most of my life I decided to manage projects that make things happen. I work as a program manager managing a string of IT projects infusing technology in different walks of life. “The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams”. I had always dreamt to participate in a beauty pageant ever since I was a little girl, standing in front of the mirror, pretending I won the crown and giving my winning speech. But I never dared to step out of my comfort zone until this year when I decided to participate in the prestigious pageant of Mrs India International Queen 2021. The day I was selected as one of the finalists, I started working on every aspect of myself which encompassed my body fitness, my mental strength, my dancing skills and it was going to be the first time I was going to do a solo dance performance for the talent round and my overall personality. I decided to dedicate my efforts to every stage of the preparation work that went into the pageant from day one until the grand finale. I was glad to be crowned as the first runner’s up at the pageant as I felt all my hardwork had come to fruition with a lot of support from my family and my mentors on and off the stage. I consider the arduous journey I took to lose 18kgs ever since my son was born as my biggest achievement in the recent times. As that required me to discipline my body and my mind so I could always focus on one step at a time keeping my target in mind. I’m a firm believer of giving back to the society as I feel blessed in so many ways and have always wanted to do whatever I could do in supporting charities in different ways. I contribute towards WWF (world wildlife fund) and guide dogs association that train dogs to provide support to blind people. I’ve participated in 10k runs to raise money for breast cancer research and Alczeimer’s society that works to provide support to people suffering from dementia and their loved ones.

I have started using it more ever since I won the 1st runners up title at the Mrs India International Queen 2021.I find it’s a good way to stay connected with my friends and follow what interests me.

I dedicate time to all my pursuits - whenever I have a fashion show, I set aside time for it, rest of the time I work as software developer. I also spend time singing as its one of my main pursuits.

Sangeeta Agarwal is an established artist who has achieved the latter with persistent perfection. With aspirations to create a brilliant masterpiece, she has been climbing up the achievement ladder everyday. Here's a sneak peak into the artist's life and mind! Sangeeta Agarwal is a renowned watercolour artist, currently residing in Bangalore, India. A deep passion for the world of colours drove her into exploring a plethora of mediums and techniques, right from childhood. A keen eye for beauty hidden in intricate strokes of different colours led her to paint her way through a Diploma in the Fine Arts. Her consistent efforts are blatantly evident in all her creations that bring to life portraits and monuments with mere streaks of colours on a canvas. 1. What does your name Means? Sangeeta is itself a reflection of my inner being.It actually means "divine music". I believe there's a special tune to every soul and I found mine in art.

2. How do you plan and prioritize your work? I do plan each day balancing health, family and work at the day break but which one will prioritize depends on as the day progresses.

3. What are the failures that you most cherish? The failures I cherish the most is the criticism from people in my life, some distant some close.I believe that every failure is a stepping stone to success. To know that something is right, you need to know what is wrong. So I believe in giving failures due credit.

4. Are you smart, or do you work hard? I smartly work hard and patience is the key, hoping that my art is recognised and will be appreciated like my efforts. Work hard to earn good rewards, Work smart to earn great rewards. But work hard and smart to earn extraordinary rewards.

5. What inspires you? My inspiration lies with my parents, my dear family and my art lovers who put their hopes in me. I believe that if you have an enthusiastic mind, everything from a beautiful sunrise to a plain white wall is inspiring. Inspiration comes from within.

‘Unstoppable’ is the best way to describe SaRah. Born and brought up in The Pink City - Jaipur; SaRah has always been a warrior. Dark days have come, even darker years, but that has only made her fight harder. And today she is grateful to all the challenges she had to face because today she is a woman with an unstoppable desire to rise higher. Her affair with words started at a very young age. Poetry for her was therapy. A private person, she preferred to write about all her struggles than speak openly about them. Even today she uses her words to express her deepest emotions. Reading her poems gives you a glimpse into not only her mind, but also her soul. Today, SaRah is an award-winning poetess and also the Founder & Content Creator of a writing community on Instagram called @vaguesoulsunite. 1. What does your name mean? The name SaRah is a Biblical name and means Princess.

2. How do you plan and prioritize your work? To be honest, I make a 'To Do List' everyday and just tick off all the tasks I am able to complete. If I miss out on anything, that becomes top priority for the next day.

3. What are the failures that you most cherish? All failures have taught me something. So, I cherish every time I have failed. I have felt bad, but I always looked at what the failure taught me and moved ahead.

Never did I look for a conjuring night, I knew that would drag me to deeper level of pain. Some day I will write about my sleepless nights; I knew I will find a huge crowd at my success party, But I yearned for a lonely evening, to sit across the mystic river, to enjoy the cool breeze. The evening will be decked with the painted sky, with all agony hiding behind the silver clouds, I can see the peeping moonthe ecstatic evening is creating the aura that, the Spring will approach soon! The eden of my dreams would reach the zenith, and elevate my desires to an unexplored strata; in the voice of thunder, I would roar and hover, through the foggy skyline - and on a happy note, I would sprinkle petals of happiness over the crude canvas of the magical journey. CONTRIBUTOR - TRINA KANUNGO Trina Kanungo, is a post graduate in Mathematics and Computing from IIT-ISM Dhanbad. Currently posted as Assistant Manager, in ECGC Ltd , Mumbai, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government Of India, Trina is an ardent lover of Indian Fine Arts and Literature. Originally , a small town girl, Trina hails from Hindmotor, in West Bengal. She pursued her graduation from Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata with an honours in Mathematics. After her masters, she joined Indian Bank as probationary officer, and soon she got selected as executive officer in ECGC Ltd, and hence she started a completely new journey in Mumbai. At the very outset, life was not easy for her to manage in this cosmopolitan ambiance. But gradually, out of sheer loneliness, she rejuvenated her childhood hobby of writing and painting. She has been a co-author of many anthologies both in English and Bengali literature.
