In 2022, Zimele supported 3,868 jobs, created market linkages to the value of R2.8 billion through contracts, and approved R115 million in loans to 54 suppliers. This year, Zimele has empowered 1,316 youth in key sectors like retail, tourism, hospitality and mining.

Zimele is about creating sustainability in business through key partnerships that deliver mentorship, business funding and skills development programmes, that help build sustainable livelihoods in our host communities.
