กิจกรรมความร่วมมือด้านการออกแบบ งานศิลปหัตถกรรมระดับสากล สถาบันส่งเสริมศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สศท. ได้ด�ำ เนิน โครงการพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เพือ่ ตลาดสากล (Universal Craft Market) จัดกิจกรรม (Universal Craft Design Collaborations) ผูซ้ อ้ื พบผูข้ ายระหว่างผูผ้ ลิตงาน ศิลปหัตถกรรม และแบรนด์ กรกต อินเตอร์เนชัน่ นอล เพือ่ ร่วมมือกันดำ�เนินการพัฒนา ผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดต่างประเทศทีค่ รอบคลุมประเภทงาน เครือ่ งไม้ เครือ่ งสาน เครือ่ งดิน เครือ่ งทอ เครือ่ งโลหะ ตลอดจนวัสดุผสมในรูปแบบใหม่ ร่วมกันพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ 5 ชุดผลงานจากผูป้ ระกอบการ 5 แบรนด์/ราย ได้แก่ AMORN MACRAME ART , DE BUA, Jaak Trang, JUTATIP, Bangchaocha Basketry Weaving Group โดยนำ�ผลิตภัณฑ์ทไ่ี ด้จากการพัฒนาไปจัดแสดงทีก่ รุงปารีส ประเทศฝรัง่ เศส
International Collaborations in Craft Design The SACIT Universal Craft Market project, implemented by the Sustainable Arts and Crafts Institute of Thailand (Public Organization): SACIT, has introduced the Universal Craft Design Collaborations between art and craft manufacturers and buyer: Morakot International to work together on product development collaborations to meet the needs of the international market, which includes woodwork, basketry, textiles, metalware and composites. The result of this collaboration is five collections of the five selected brands, namely AMORN MACRAME ART, DE BUA, Jaak Trang, JUTATIP, Bangchaocha Basketry Weaving Group. In addition, the collections will be exhibited in Paris, France.

กระบวนการผลิต
ออกแบบเชือกเทียนให้มีลักษณะในการใช้งานที่แตก ต่างกัน โดยการทักให้เรียงเส้นโดยการมัดให้พอดีกับ กระดาษการทักมาร์คาเม่เป็นขั้นตอนที่ละเอียดอ่อนใช้ เวลาในการทักประมาณ 20-30 นาทีต่อ 1 ชิ้นงาน

Premium priming technique is used to avoid opacity of the leaves.
Process
To process vegan leather, the leaves of the rain tree are primed dried in the sun and left for one night to avoid opacity of the surface, and then coated to make the leather leaves look more beautiful and durable.

ใช้ก้านจากมาขึ้นเป็นฐาน แล้วใช้ใบจากมาควั่นเกลียว รอบเส้นก้านจากแต่ละเส้น จากนั้นใช้ฝาชี เป็นโครงด้าน ใน สานใบจากจนถึงขอบฝาชีด้านบน แล้วแกะฝาชีออก รูดปลายเชือกดึงเข้าหากันเป็นรูปวงรี แล้วสานเก็บขอบ ฐานด้านบน และนำ�เชือกกกมัดก้านที่เหลือต่อขึ้นมา เป็นหูหิ้ว

Inspiration
The combination of nipa palm stalks with the molding technique is the starting point for the creation of this functional everyday collection. The unusual but simple design makes the product valuable and meets the needs of different customers.
Main material : Nipa palm stalk
The unusual braided pattern is a unique technique used in this collection.
Process
The stalks are braided and used as the basic structure for weaving the spiral leaf wall. The dome-shaped food cover is used as a mold for weaving the wall from the base to the top and then removed. The end tips of the cords are pulled into an oval shape, then the edge is hemmed and a handle is made from reed rope.

กระบวนการผลิต
เก็บฝ้าย และนำ�ฝ้ายได้ไปเข็นฝ้าย จากนั้น นำ�ไปล้อ แล้ว ปั่นเป็นเส้นด้าย การปั่นฝ้ายเป็นด้ายจะเป็นกรรมวิธีที่ยาก กว่าขั้นตอนทั้งหมด เพราะมือต้องสัมพันธ์กัน ต้องใช้ เวลาและความละเอียด กระบวนการผลิตผ้าฝ้ายจะต้อง มีความประณีต ถึงจะได้ผ้าฝ้ายที่เรียงเส้นสวยงาม พร้อม นำ�ไปย้อมสีธรรมชาติ และตัดเย็บตามที่ต้องการในขั้น ตอนต่อไป

Inspiration
Passion and love in the natural fiber with the traditional way of hand weaving creates hundreds of strands of fiber, woven with heart and soul to create a piece of fabric. The patterns and colors themselves can reveal the identity of the artist, like the creation of works on canvas.
Main material : Cotton
Dyeing with natural dyes on cotton is a unique method, which is not only environmentally friendly, but also makes the products look simple and attractive.
Process
The cotton is collected and spun into yarn. This is the most difficult and time-consuming step of the entire process, as it requires a high degree of two-handed skill, concentration and dexterity to obtain a perfectly smooth cotton fabric, which can then be dyed in natural colors and sewn as a design pattern.

Technique
