Providing faster, more secure, easy-to-use web access to your workflow, our operators can brand each portal-based website to match your specific identity. With the ability to access this system anytime or anywhere, you have the option to monitor any activity on the system including, but not limited to: job submissions, file correction requests, large file submission, approvals, and rejections. This system requires no additional hardware or software needs, only a username and password provided by your account representative.

The moment a job is submitted, our system’s preflight and refine operations start immediately without any instruction. Our system will alert you once any issues or errors have been identified. Once you are notified of the documents errors, corrected pages can be uploaded to replace the problem pages. Our Prepress Portal System is a perfect tool to effectively create an automated workflow system that allows reduced pricing and alleviates the concerns of typical print errors.

Smart Review Proofing Client allows users the option to proof files together, with group session Web Chat, or individually. Both options allow the user to view fullresolution PDF digital master production files, zoom in to view pixel level, measure document dimensions, identify colors with a densitometer and verify specific color separations. Smart Review allows users to access or leave annotations for any necessary changes that are viewable by all parties involved.

Reliable , color-accurate soft proofing For users who require color-accurate proofing, Matchprint Virtual Technology (MVT) is available. This option allows the elimination of hard copy contract proofs.

Colors are consistent and accurate with MVT and the addition of color-calibrated monitors in controlled lighting.

S ecureLink Depending on the client and the access provided, users have the flexibility to access any job at anytime. This system can offer dowloading options for pages or print jobs, Smart Review Proofing Client, and the option to learn the entire interface or just the current area they will use the most.

SecureLink is especially useful for the executive who needs to occassionally proof a job, but does not want full access to the site.
