Dear Cobra Families, Friends and Supporters:

Are you ready for Friday night football under the lights in the Snake Pit? Get ready because Friday night football is back! Head Football Coach Mr. Brian Dodds, the football coaches, and players are confident that the Cobras can qualify for postseason competition this year. The Park Vista Performers, under the direction of Mr. Duncan and Mr. Ferguson, have endured long hours in the blazing heat and pouring rains perfecting their craft. The Performers will play some up beat musical selections that will get you up from your seat and dancing in the stands. To top it off, they will wow you with an awe-inspiring halftime performance.

The Cobra Football Team is seeking to improve upon last year’s performance after finishing 7-3 and not qualifying for the playoffs. There have been some personnel additions to Coach Dodds’ staff but make no mistake about it, the players have been dedicated to their off season conditioning program and the football coaches have them motivated and prepared to carry on the tradition of excellence, which has become the foundation of our athletic programs.

Successful athletic programs exist because of the support received from the school’s student body and the community fan base that fill the stands each Friday night, for both home and away football games. At Park Vista, we are fortunate to have such an enormous amount of parents, students, staff, and community members who continue to support our players and team. As you can see in the program, there are many businesses supporting our school and I am sure these businesses would appreciate your support as they make a commitment to invest in the future of our youth.

On behalf of our Athletic Director, Mrs. Pam Romero, the administration, our faculty and staff and the student body, we say thanks for supporting “Cobra” Football and the Park Vista Performers, better known as the Striking “Cobra” Band.
